The room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately, the bed felt a bit old and saggy. Also, the baseboard had a corner that was Sharp, and my husband got a little cut on his leg. I was not sure if a piece of wood was placed under the bed to stabilize it, and one of the corners was not rounded or not suitable for the bed. We were looking for so much to go back to this place and enjoy the swimming pool and Jacuzzi at the end of the day, but this was not possible at all. Jacuzzi was broken and dirty The area around the pool was neglected with dead flowers hanging from last summer, chairs around the fireplace were dirty with food, stains, really unwelcoming . The Windows of the room are not clean and the big window on the hallway that overlooks to the lobby, which is such a beautiful window was also neglected. Too bad for such a beautiful in traditional hotel in Saint Augustine.

The beds had pillowtop mattresses and they were the softest, most comfortable mattresses I’d ever experienced at a hotel. It was very clean, nice, and in a decent location. The attached restaurant had good food. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Although the staff was great the hotel is not what is described as advertised. Rooms are equipped with dated yard sale furniture, the best piece being the tv. Phone was inoperable and stored inside the nightstand drawer. Hotel sits on an active railroad with trains coming through at least 2-3 times during the late evening and early mornings. Breakfast is only available on the weekends, and the restaurant opens at 11am. We will not recommend or refer anyone to this hotel

We had a great room facing the pool. It was very spacious with an amazing rain fall shower. The hotel was very clean with thoughtful amenities, like our own ice maker! The staff were friendly and the onsite restaurant was delicious.
