The rooms need to be updated. Refrigerator was very cold but the hole it was placed in was larger than the refrigerator. Requested a view of the ocean. Got that but only if you were standing to look out the window. Staff was very friendly. The grounds were very pretty and the pool was nice. Thought we were charged too much for the room after seeing it.

Our room was clean. Office was closed when we arrived, but key was left in an envelope with clear instructions where to find our room. Snappers restaurant is right next to hotel. We had a great dinner on their deck next to the water. We arrived late and only stayed one night on the way to Key West so we didn’t use the pool, but the hot tub was great and open all night. Breakfast was fine. My hubby was disappointed with selection but he can be a picky eater. Plenty of options for me.

The pictures online looked way better than what we saw when we got there. The air smelled bad because of the moss floating in the water, which was being pushed over by fans at the bar on the other side of the inlet. Only a few spots of clear water were visible at times. I had a problem where we’d come back at night to find that the cleaning lady hadn’t cleaned my room and left the towels from the previous day. If we got back in time, I could go get fresh towels, but if not, we had to use what we had. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but it might have been for others. One day, I put all my towels and trash outside my room to see if that would get them to clean the room. And it worked! So I kept doing it for a couple of days. On the second-to-last day of my vacation, I got back from being out all day and found two big bags of my room towels and trash left at my door. But the beds were made. So I went to ask for replacements and to let them know about the bags. The lady at the front desk apologized and said she’d do something about it. I told her it didn’t bother me, but I just wanted to let her know and get what I needed. My last day on vacation I was out shopping with my family, enjoying the day. While I was in a store, I got a phone call from the hotel manager. To pretty much argue with me and to tell me I’m a lier. I will never return to that resort. It could be much better like what’s in the pictures they post.

The first day I got to stick in the bathroom for almost an hour. I had to use my twizzers to open the door. I was almost a 30min late to a bridal reception. When I called the after hours number the receptionist was so condescending, I wasn’t looking a free anything. Maybe if the words we will get someone to check the door that would have been enough. She made me feel worst than what I was already feeling.

Property is on a beautiful marina. The front desk closes by 5 p.m. so if you're out all day and discover you don't have enough towels in your room or need a pool towel, you're out of luck. Breakfast is decent but no attendant so food and silverware were scarce and picked over. Room was not very clean (ie: remote was sticky fold out couch sheets were filthy).

Nice view but poor housekeeping. Service only replaced towels and nothing else, I had to ask for more coffee and clean cups for day 2. Tried checking out pool towels and were told they were in the laundry until later today but only 4 people in the pool. Breakfast area unattended. No clean dishes or clean silverware, tables dirty. Free parking was a plus.

2nd time staying at this property . Our room was clean , definitley in need of an update . We stayed on the 3rd floor and the elevator from parking to 3rd floor was broken . 1/2 the staff we talked to were great , the other 1/2 not to friendly at all. The location is beautiful and Snappers restaraunt bar right next door .Breakfast is sufficient to get your day started . I do recommend this property , they just need a little more bling in their delivery .

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. The location was lovely. The overall condition of the property was poor and it looks long overdue for some money spending on it to refit the bathroom and redecorate the bedroom and replace the flooring.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened porch attached to the room. Amenities were enjoyed especially the pool, hot tub, kayaks and assorted games. It was nice having a restaurant/bar next door but it was loud at times. Breakfast was carb loaded so additional protein source(s) would have been nice. The building itself was dated and undergoing some renovation but no work being done during our stay.

The property was beautiful and we loved our waterfront view! The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub. We also walked over to the restaurant next door, which was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place with a wonderful view of the water. Nice pool and Beach area. Next door to "Snappers" which provided great food/cocktails and evening entertainment. Jet Ski rentals are on the property as well. The staff, especially Raesha at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She kept me informed on US1 road closures during the wildfires. I would definitely stay here again.
