Booked thru 3rd party….stated 3pm check in. Arrived at hotel at 2pm (arrived earlier than planned) hoping to do an early check in. Was denied (by both 3rd party annd front desk) and told check in was at 4pm not 3pm. So I asked if I could physically check in but not get my room till available and hang out at the pool. Again denied. So I took a 1.5 hr walk to see what amenities were in the area….not much. Was nice that the beach was only half mile away tho. Once checked in, the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was, in my opinion, limited. Only saw waffles, cereal, coffee and a few apples. Checked out the pool, didn’t go in but seemed a little small for all the people in it. Overall not a bad stay but if I return to this area I will probably look for a different option.

Our stay was Amazing!! The staff is Great and ver friendly!! Hotel was clean!! The hotel is near Miramar Beach, The Outlets and Destin Commons. The only thing we did not like was breakfast. However, McDonald’s is right across the street and Crackerbarrel is within 2 minutes.

The room was clean and spacious. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area was littered somewhat with garbage. The included breakfast was fine but several items were gone by the time we arrived an hour before breakfast ended. The hotel location was great. Lots of restaurants around it and walking distance to the beach.

The first room they gave us was dirty. It looked like there was a sticky coke stain on the wall and under the bed. Very dusty and its like they just shoved the trash under the bed. Staff was very helpful in moving us to another room that looked decent, but when it came to showering, they hadn't cleaned it cause there were already hairs on the shower wall and floor. Safe to say i ended up canceling the other days i had planned to stay there.

Very underwhelming and run down

The best part of this hotel is the location and easy access to the beach. Everything else is underwhelming. The room was mostly clean but there was a LOT of dirt, dust, and crumbs between the mattress and the headboard and the bathroom sink had not been cleaned. It does have a mini fridge and microwave and is fairly spacious, but the cloth lounge chair in the room was covered in strange stains. The carpet in the hallways also has stains EVERYWHERE and the hotel has a very strange smell. Breakfast was VERY salty and had few options. The elevators are very slow and creaky. Staff was friendly and it’s a better price than a lot of places in the area but overall I probably would not stay here again.

The staff was so nice and the property was well taken care of. The room was not dirty, but definitely could’ve been cleaned better. It was as if they cleaned up any areas where people walked and anything sticky, but the corners and tables and lamps all could use a good wip down. The one bad thing about the room was the pillows smelled
