Wonderful home for family vacation!!

The home was just as advertised and was a wonderful home for our extended family last week. The golf cart & beach chairs were a fabulous addition. I would definitely stay here again!!

Spacious, great location, golf cart major Plus

This was the perfect property for our small youth beach trip. Great spacious rooms, amazing living space, the golf cart and pool were the highlights. Great proximity to Pompano Joe’s and other shops.

Booked this placed for a family vacation to celebrate my moms 60th birthday. Location was good, Plenty of restaurants nearby and beach was a good 5min drive using golf cart.

Amazing property for family

The Bedrooms are very spacious and modern. Very comfortable beds and nice large tvs mounted in every bedroom.. will definitely be back to this house again we all loved it! Having the gold cart for a week is a huge plus and makes getting around the area and down to the beach easy!!

Great Place

Great house. Slept 15 (with kids) very comfortably. A little far from the beach but the golf cart makes it really enjoyable. Just get there early to find parking. Would stay here again.

Bachelorette Party getaway

I booked this rental for my sisters Bachelorette party. There were 13 girls and this house fit everyone perfectly! It was clean, had many bathrooms, close to the beach, and the girls absolutely loved the golf cart! Would highly recommend this house for your next stay in Destin.

Great getaway!

The property was very clean and fit our large family perfectly! The golf cart allowed us quick and easy access to the beach. Our only complaint was that the washer & dryer were not working, and we were not allowed to wash our beach towels.

Gorgeous Home

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean with beautiful furniture, rooms and bathrooms. The beds are super comfortable. The beach is walking distance if you want to walk, but the golf cart was a great addition especially for my mom, and to carry our beach stuff. My parents, aunt, sisters, and my family had a blast. So thank you!!

Amazing Location and Home

We had 14 people stay and plenty enough room for everyone! The layout of the home was amazing…space for those that were night owls and space for those that needed quiet areas. Quick ride to the public beach and anything we needed was close by…Alvin’s Island, CVS, liquor store and a gas station. We had no problems with the home! It stayed cool at all times and having multiple washing machines for towels was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

GREAT FAMILY GETAWAY

Nice decor. Very roomy and clean. Quiet area. We had 10 people in the house and we still had our own space. We did have to text about one thing and they responded right away. Definitely would stay again. Also liked that a washer and dryer on the 1st and 3rd floor. We really enjoyed our week stay!

Very nice house

Overall great stay. Prompt response when we called maintenance about bottom floor A/C not working properly and the 3rd floor dryer not working. Someone came and fixed the problems quickly.

Plenty of room!

House was great for us! Plenty of room for everyone! Golf cart is a huge plus. Not too far from the beach. The walls really need to be repainted and maybe some deep cleaning like light fixtures, baseboards, etc. Overall it was clean. Bedding was nice and clean! We would stay there again!!

Great home and very spacious

We loved the home. We struggled with the lights going out on the top floors randomly which included washer/dryer and tvs being turned off. No other issue .

Spring Break

Pool for area was very small. House was nice. Only one main area to hang out at. Golf cart to take to the ocean was a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay, but to me it was a little overpriced for what you got. Reached out once to property manager with no reply, thankfully another house guest was able to answer my question. Couldn't use the top floor washer due to breaker tripping.

Family Vacation

Overall, we had a great stay! The house was definitely big enough for all 4 families. Upon arrival the most of the house was clean and ready for us. The first bedroom floor was sticky as if it wasn’t mopped but other than that it was good to go. The location of the house was really great. We spent everyday at the beach and were able to use the golf cart everyday. Which was a plus! We did experience an issue with the AC on day 1 for the first floor but maintenance came out and it was fixed right away. Being that the kitchen and living room are on the second floor, I would definitely caution those who cannot do too many stairs daily because it’s a lot! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

The house was beautiful and just as the listing described. We loved having the golf cart. If you are looking to be close to beach and easy to get to for a large group I wouldn’t suggest this house. Parking at the beach is really difficult. The house is very spacious and perfect on the inside but there isn’t a good hang out spot on the outside for a large group. Just as others have said the pool is tiny and the breakers tripping is a major issue so don’t use the upstairs washer. If you get cold easily like myself bring blankets because they don’t have any in the house and the beds have very thin blankets with no comforters. Overall the house is very clean, spacious, and everything is new but I personally wouldn’t stay again due to the issues I described.
