Loved having views from every floor and the family space and kitchen served us well, especially the sonic ice maker. Being right on the beach was really amazing and we had all the amenities necessary for a good time. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom on the third floor, south side could use some updating to the sink/cabinet area but it was very clean. My only suggestion is toss the padded bathmats throughout and use the simple white hotel inspired towel mats.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a great time this past week. The place was perfect for all of us, and the walk to the beach from the house was amazing! The only thing we struggled with was parking. Our cars fit differently than the pictures showed, but we made it work and it was great. Will definitely look into staying there again.

Perfect for large family!

Perfect place for a large family group! Being right on the beach was amazing and of all the places we have stayed this had the lost amenities. From a stocked kitchen to all the beach toys and chairs you could want! Only thing to be mindful of is the lower level queen/bunk beds room is the access to the back queen room and bathroom. Long as you are tracking that your fine! Otherwise great once and close to everything. Highly recommend and we come to the area all the time.

Great week on the beach!

Beach house was great, few things didn’t notice when booking, only 2 showers. No room for parking. Said it was tight but had no idea it would be that bad. Outside little run down, but inside updated and good furniture. The location was the best! Lots of beach chairs and toys, we didn’t know about, may not have brought so many with us, may want to add these few things to listing? All in all a great week!

Family of 12 beach get away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house! It was close to the beach and had amazing views! We loved that the beach wasn’t too crowded at this place. The beds were super comfortable also. The kitchen had everything we ever needed to cook a large breakfast every morning. Also the beach chairs provided on the property were very nice to have so that we didn’t have to pack our own! It was also conveniently located near some great restaurants. The washer and dryer in the house were so nice to have! The lower level rooms I would suggest a dehumidifier as they were a little musty smelling, but we thought that the house was clean. We would def stay here again.

Its not all about location

I find this location and building to be ideal but I was disappointed overall. Just after pre-paying for the unit I got a request to sign an extra renter agreement I've never had to do before. Part of the agreement was a huge penalty for checking out late and explicitly accepting nothing for checking in late. And of course, the unit wasn't ready on time which was also a first for me. The unit has a good layout but for some reason the master bath doesn't have a shower head over the tub so the unit really is effectively 4 bedroom and 2 baths and the baths are all in bedrooms. The thermostat was locked to no lower than 68 which made the main level comfortable but the upstairs hot all the time. The master had no window (just a door that doesn't open because there isn't a deck on that level) so we couldn't cool off at night. The rest of the deck was small and frankly felt unsafe. There was also a camera mounted on the back of the house facing the deck which felt like a big invasion of privacy. I'm not planning to stay in that unit again but might find a neighboring one.

The main issue was the master bedroom has no window or door that opens...I would think that this is a fire hazard and should not be able to be counted as a bedroom. So disappointed that the door didn't open to hear the waves.The house overall is great with nice furnishings. Location was great. Beach was fabulous. So many positives, including a kitchen that was stocked with all the necessities for cooking/eating. The negatives are that the house came with no cleaning supplies, only 4 half rolls of toilet paper for the 4 bathrooms, one roll of paper towels. There were 2 trash bags, 4 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods for a week stay. If there were 14 people staying, I would hope there would be more. Bathrooms had hotel bar soap. When traveling with a suitcase, the last thing you want to do when you get to the rental is have to go purchase toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc, the things that you don't pack when traveling. There were no beach chairs or beach towels with the house, and we had no way to bring them home if we purchased any.The deck is in need of some serious TLC, as is the outside ocean side of the house. Overall, we were pleased with the house, especially the views and the beach access. Just wish we didn't have to worry about purchasing paper products and cleaning items.

False Advertisement ( 3 cars do not fit) safety issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival we had 3 vehicles. We drove in and had a pick up truck large SUV and small SUV. All 3 vehicles did not fit. Thankfully the nice guests in the building adjacent to us didn’t need all of their space and allows us to park a vehicle there. None of our TVs would connect to wifi on the first 2 days. The first night I spent about an hour an half with the maintenance guy on the phone trying to trouble shoot the connection. He was scheduled to come the next day so I was on standby while trying to enjoy the beach. I received a call that he wasn’t going to make it u too later due to an emergency situation at another location. He did finally come although it was when we weren’t present. The first floor restroom had standing water issues in the sink and shower. The shower door is also tough to close and the first time using some force my hand slammed in between. The worst issue we encountered was on the 4th night we had a drunk man enter our rental because the door did not lock on the first floor. He was demanding his wife and really scared my nephew and sister in law. Thank god we didn’t have to use any force and he left after we told him too. It could have been worse for sure. The 3rd floor has not been updated like the rest of the rental. The sofas felt as if there was still sand on them. They may need to be vacuumed after each rental. The location was nice being right on the beach. Although it did the trick for our last minute trip to destin, we would not stay here again.

Beautiful beachfront, but missing balcony and unkept outside

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location as far as being close to everything but very noisy at night. Beach was amazing and nice and flat. Beautiful beachfront and updated nicely. Full kitchen was stocked extremely well. Washer/dryer very nice. An Extra, small fridge was super nice too!Parking was tough as we had two cars for a 14 person rental and after contacting agency before renting and being told they would fit were then told the week of our stay that they would not. We did in Fact get both to fit by backing in(Yukon XL & Chevy Equinox) otherwise rental company told me my option was parking at the Winn Dixie 1/2 mile down the road! Frustrating!3.5 bathrooms, but only two showers ( one has a tub only). That was unexpected for sure! 9 people and two showers.... Four bedrooms but layout on bottom floor you have to go through a room with bunk beds/king to get to the back king bedroom with the tiny bathroom. Inconvenient and awkward. Need to be a tight knit family or group of friends to stay here because everyone will be in and out of each other’s rooms and bathrooms to get out of their room, to get to a shower, etc. everything is shared here. Oceanfront bedroom balcony was missing. Guessing it rotted and they just ripped it off instead of repairing. ☹️ Outside definitely needs some TLC. Missing balcony, Rusty towel hooks, hose didn’t work....It ended up working out once everyone got comfortable with constant visitors in their rooms but took a bit getting used to at first. I would recommend staying there if it was a smaller group due to the bedroom walk through/ bathroom situation. Knowing the layout of this condo/ parking situation is important for a renter in Advance. I don’t appreciate surprises when spending that much money.

Simply Beachin' has huge potential! Huge! HUGE!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome is spacious, almost perfect layout. Great division for families. The deck is small. The location amazing. Per BBV 1 parking spot for 2 small cars or one large vehicle like a suburban. This IS NOT disclosed on the front end. Only with confirmation and unit details after you pay. Oddly enough, there were two parking spaces with our unit LETTER on them and we used both. I would certainly confirm before booking. If you come with the number of people this place sleeps, likely you'll be in 2+ cars and those + cars have NO place to park if truly there is only 1 space. 2. we arrived with 2 overflowing trash bins at our front door. OVERFLOWING. We were promised daily by BBV for 5 days that it was going to be picked up by a vendor. Day 3-5 we couldn't turn downstair air on as the smell permeated the unit (trash cans were right next to window unit). 3. Dryer quit 2x. Repaired 1x. We gave up. 4. The home itself seemed clean. The area under the outside deck stairs was trashed. Old air unit, broken boards with jagged edges, old pool items. Since we didn't have any children with us we just maneuvered safely through the dump looking debris field. The home has been updated. I actually loved the home. The ratings would be high with some attention to detail related to trash in front and debris and trash in back. Would I recommend? They need a MAYBE option! If BBV will get their game face on with this property, it'll be a 5 star location! We got lots of "I'm so sorry" comments but when you are paying thousands for a short stay, you prefer action. It's hard to rate when 50% was fab and 50% was bad. Lazy Days Beach Rentals are top notch.

Great location, great view, top floor bedroom was alittle hot, dishwasher had a bad smell, wish there was better patio furniture on deck, had everything we needed, had a great time would definitely book again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are misleading, the master doesn't have an outside entrance or deck or even a window to open to hear the waves, it doesn't have a shower either only a tub, you had to go across the hall to another bedroom to shower. The rental was dirty with sand everywhere in the floor, on the counters, and on every bed linen. It had been updated with new furnishings since the pictures that were posted on our original rental lease which was the only positive thing besides it being Beach front. There are no coverings to sit under outside if it's raining & you just want to sit & watch the waves. Some of the bedroom lights didn't work & no lamps so good luck finding your way around in the dark. I would not recommend this unit. We stayed only because we traveled 7.5hrs & paid double for this unit than any other rental we've ever rented for vacation. The beach was very crowded with people that were not renters of the units, so even though it states its a private beach, just know that it is not. All the rentals beside us came with 2 Beach chairs & umbrella, so you would think paying 3500.00 for a place would at least come with Beach service but this one does not. Parking is horrible, its on a hill & the spot is very tight, it does not accommodate 2 vehicles, barely fits 1 large vehicle like a yukon. Other cars from other rentals were always over the line in our space. Overall this was the worst vacation rental we've ever had.

Great location but construction next door

The location is great. The pictures were a little misleading I thought. The furniture is different and I'm sure there was a deck off the upstairs bedroom when we booked but that was not the case. That picture is no longer there so maybe they were delayed on updating it as there was a door -- just no balcony. That was very disappointing. There was also construction next door that was literally hammering on the walls all day. They also power washed the adjoining deck and painted it with a sprayer making our deck unusable for the first 3 days and filthy for the rest. We also had 2 different people at 2 different times walk into our place. They both apologized saying they were from the management company and thought the place was empty. I called about this and it didn't happen anymore.
