Room was dirty. Door handle to adjoining room was falling off and held by one screw. Microwave was not mounted correctly and scared to use it. Electrical outlet was safety hazard (moved when plugging anything in and thought I saw it arc). Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I'd ever slept in. Housekeeping was trying to enter our room before checkout time (8:59 am). Charged $250 for smoking in room and nobody was smoking in room.

Had a perfect view of the ocean. Reserved 3 rooms that were spacious, each room having a kitchenette was helpful. However housekeeping was definitely lacking in our rooms! Bedskirts extremely dirty, floors hadnt been mopped( had ink marks)in any of the rooms. HK didnt service our rooms everyday like expected. Really nice seeing the pool & hot tub open, unfortunately it closed at 10pm, keeping us from enjoyjng. Night shift front desk was very nice accommodating us on linens that werent left for our rooms. was more

Our room lacked some things I noticed other rooms had. We didn’t have extra toilet paper and there was less than half a roll in the room i called down to front desk and requested some but no one brought any up. I finally saw a a house king and asked for some he gave me some out of the the room he was working in. The worst thing was we went out for a few hours and when we came back housekeeping had turned out the deadbolt and let the door close to but it was not shut and locked. Someone could’ve been waiting for us inside or all of our belongings could’ve been stolen. I don’t plan on booking this hotel ever again.
