The floors of the room were dirty. I requested clean towels daily and you had to go to the front desk to get them. Their ice machines were no existent and the ice on the premises was outrageously priced. Today has been two weeks and I have yet to get the deposit back.

We were so exited for our four night beach getaway. From the moment we arrived, it was one disappointment after another. The check in took forever. Long line and the clerk made me fill out multiple forms to “collect for the resort fees on my credit card because their system was down”. That’s after I provided all the same information online and a six hour drive. The parking was tight and busy. The room - dated, scuffed baseboards, peeling paint. The floors in our room were ridiculously dirty. My husband's feet were black right after he took a shower and walked to the couch. The housekeeper "cleaned" our room one time the entire stay, basically took out the trash, removed the shower mat and towels, left one hand towel (we had three when we arrived) and two bath towels, no shower mat. Remade the bed, but didn't change the sheets. First night we were here, we spent half the night chasing a giant palmetto bug around the room. Of course we reported everything to the management through their text message system, which kept sending us messages and encouraging the response, but no action was taken upon our communication. I also spoke to the front desk at the checkout and voiced my concerns, was assured that they would talk to the manager about the refund of the resort fee and call us back. The call never came. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We liked the kitchen area in the room, the balcony view was beautiful. On the other hand, the kitchen had no dishes, no cooking items, the tv didnt work in our room, the front desk staff is horribly rude and unfriendly to work with. The maintenence team was wonderful to work with and they might teach the front desk about customer service, and the pool area needs a bathroom.

Loved it was beach front with balcony; ability to cook in the room with full appliances and minimal dishes/utensils. Close to Pier Park…. Can say maintenance presented quickly when issues arose. Dislikes Commode would run constantly unless go back giggle, then chain inside broke had to go to front desk….again Air conditioner loud when kicking on blowing. Doors had to slam twice to lock… So doors slamming all the time. The adjoining room could hear babies crying constantly! No extra toilet paper in room had to go to front desk, telephone in room didn’t work. Trash cans extremely small no extra liners. My purse got locked in the safe but maintenance retrieved it. One bed mattress pad was sliding off unable to move back onto bed …. Beds not accommodating for 2 adults. Thanks for the stay!

For the amount you pay for this Hotel per night, first thought is that it would be clean. Definitely one of the dirtier rooms we have stayed in! The outside is nice but the inside quality of room does not compare. Also, I have never been to a Hotel where you had to purchase ice for your room.

Rooms were nice it was great being on the beach with wonderful views from our balcony hot tub and pool were great only downsides is the price we paid for our room if we wanted ice we had to pay $7 for a bag and if we wanted to park closely we had to pay valet parking $20 a day and our phone in our room didn't work and during our visit the cable went out and several issues with the elevators. Not certain I'd book here again but like I said wasn't horrible just feel it should've been better.

It needs a major renovation! Bathroom not that clean very moldy and toilet not working that well. Veranda in balcony rusty we didn’t feel safe in the balcony a shame though because the ocean view is breathtaking. The room has a nice kitchen and is spacious enough, it has a good AC . Hotel charges a resort fee and I wonder what categorized it as a resort they shouldn’t charge an extra fee for what kind of extra amenities?? We paid for the chairs and umbrella on the beach and Expedia should show it in the page or I didn’t see it . The positive are the people to work there very nice , accommodating and ready to help .
