Parking was terrible,no parking on property,available parking 2 hotels down or across the street behind a buisness that was all owned by the radisson.The safe was broke,the only lock on the balcony door was broke,the shelves in the fridge were broke.And the maid came in our room after strick orders and a do not disturb sign on the door.200 dollars was taken from our room.100 dollars out of each of our 2 wallets.Had 400 in each wallet all in 20's and got back to our room after beach time and went to take out some money to go to pier park and noticed it was gone but no way to prove it.DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.If it wasnt for no availability due to july 4th week we would have moved

Not what I was expecting for the price. Great view of ocean and convenient for shopping/eating. Room was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Staff was slow and not personable during check in.

On check-in, the room location was wedged into a corner beside the elevator, so we were blessed with the sound of suitcases and beachgoers coming and going almost continually. We left after check-in to get a bite to eat, and returned to find our room was left standing open, apparently by staff who left pizza flyers on our floor... Our valuables appeared undisturbed, though the elevator traffic was 2 steps away from the open door. As we settled in and went to the balcony to enjoy the view, we were greeted by the strong, skunky smell of marijuana & were forced back inside - this would become a theme for the duration, everywhere around the hotel. Amenities in the room were sparse at best, and the AC barely functioned at all, I cannot imagine staying there during the summer. All-in-all, mediocre at besst.

Beautiful view of the gulf & only a few issues
The first thing I noticed when walking into the room was that the floors felt dirty. I took a damp hand towel to wipe up the floor, and the towel was black when I got done wiping. I didn't have them come to the room to clean since I basically did it myself. I'm sure they sweep up the room, but I think they need to mop the floor each time too. Also, I don't like the curved railing on the balcony. They may have done it for the look, or to be different, but you can be leaning on the balcony & see your neighbors next door. I like my privacy when I'm in a hotel room. The remote for the TV did not have a guide button & the only way we found the guide was to click on different channels until we found it. It also didn't have the closed captioning feature, which would have been nice since I'm hard of hearing. There are no written instructions in the room as to how to use the remote, or where to find the ice machines, or what amenities are available, or what the pool hours are. The parking situation was different too. It was free, which is good, but you had to park in the lot next door. Front desk staff didn't know why the undergound parking garage was closed. The good parts - it was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room, as well as a table & chairs. The bed was comfortable & there was plenty of space to put away your clothes & suitcases. It has a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants & has beach access. Overall, I would stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Nothing was working. Restaurant is not on property. Rooms were filthy. Staff was the worst I have ever encountered. Ice machines broken. Hot tub broken. It is a disgusting place that has no redeemable qualities.

Ok but wouldn’t stay again.
Service was excellent and the room was decent. Didn’t realize they do housekeeping service after three days. I asked for service day two and they said yes but then it didn’t happen. Rooms are dated and not at all what they look like in photos. Photos looked like I’d have a kitchen but instead had a microwave/mini fridge set up. Furniture is way too big for the room, closet is super awkward to access, door requires extra muscle to close, mold in the bathroom, phone didn’t work, not all usb chargers worked. That said, the room was private, clean enough, balcony was roomy and the view was beautiful. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
