liked that it had easily assessible beach front and a pool. Only two floors had working ice machines, so it was manageable.

The staff was horrible they put me in the wrong room would not change it for me also left 2 days early and paid out of pocket and stayed at the inn on st thomas drive. So I would like a refund for the 2 days i didn't stay. N I will never stay there again. This place should not even be on any of these websites

This hotel desperately needs updating. It’s old and tired. The bathroom was awful. Barely any water pressure. Tub drained slow so whole time in shower you are standing in water. Bedding was old. Futon cover on bunk bed had stains and the futon mattress needed to be thrown away! It was worn out! Sand all over top bunk. Tv reception was terrible. Called for maintenance to check tv, they never came. Outside was dirty. The only good thing about this hotel is proximity to beach. Will not book again!

Location was good, the smaller units of the resort are quite run down but the condo building was beautiful. We just stayed for the evening so we didn't use the amenities of the property. The big resort/condo building had a beautiful pool and was clean the smaller hotel type buildings we're very old and not as nice. It was 5 floors and our building "The Dunes" had 2 elevators and they were extremely slow I took the stairs down the 5 floors and beat the elevator to the bottom! The beds were hard and had a "curtain" feeling blanket on it, very uncomfortable. The floors in our room were very sandy, the walls had unfinished repair patches on them and it had a tiny bathroom. The lobby was nice and clean, the workers I encountered we're nice and helpful. It was ok for a few hours for the 1 night however for the price I paid I wouldn't stay there again.

On the beach side was nice view and the board walk was great . Close to the beach .restaurants and stores

I tried to cancel the booking but was told I need to cancel through you since the booking was made through a third party. You told me I needed to cancel through them so I got stuck and stays elsewhere.I think I will avoid them as well as Travelocity on the future.

The property is going through construction but it really needs major updating. Room was clean considering the age and staff was always nice. Location was PERFECT. I read the reviews so I knew to bring extra towels. Walls are unfortunately paper thin so I could hear EVERYTHING next door - including snoring and beating of unruly kids. Parking is gated so you feel somewhat safe. You WILL get ticketed/towed if you do not display your parking pass. An update to the property would make this a higher starred hotel.

This hotel is definitely outdated and needs a lot of work. Our room was never cleaned when we got there. They did send someone to look and they had someone come clean our room top to bottom. So they did make it right. No room cleaning or service at all. Which i was okay with. Had to go to lobby to get anything we needed for our room. It is in a great location. Kid friendly. We really did enjoy the stay and the beach. After they cleaned our room i really had no complaints. Yes its majorly outdated but it didn't ruin our stay.
