Extremely well maintained, spotless and updated beach condo! Probably the nicest one I have ever stayed in and I have rented many properties in the US and Europe. Everything was extremely comfortable with extra linens in case somebody was cold at night. Great washer and dryer. Extra beach, chairs and beach toys for the kids. Very nice and safe complex with pool and hot tub that the kids loved. Right on the beach and so easy to access if you wanted to be up in the shade near the palm trees or down by the shore. Condo owner Keith is wonderful and was easy to communicate with. Extremely easy check-in process and checkout process. Would highly we will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can get the right dates! Best value for money of many places I have stayed!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo - it was very clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent appliances, kitchen stocked with a huge variety of small appliances and utensils. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows! The condo was on the 3rd floor and we were more than delighted to have the elevator to haul our luggage up when we arrived! The condo community was clean and well maintained. Everyone was friendly. It was a busy spring break week which didn't seem to affect how well it was run/maintained. The beach was easily accessible and there are many lounge chairs for guest use.

What a beautiful unit and location. Great view of the water and pool. We even had sunsets every night as we at dinner. Very comfortable and super well equipped. The host was super helpful when needed. We had a fantastic week!

This is my second time staying at Pointe Sanibel D33. The unit was clean and comfortable. This location is great to go to so many places. This year we rented bikes and loved it. My one request would be to have a reference for tv or other appliances. I hope that the food we left got good use. Thanks Keith.

The condo was completely renovated and everything is brand new. Fully furnished, well equipped kitchen with all necessities. Beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella provided. Full sized washer/dryer to keep up with laundry. Nice table and chairs on lanai for meals and morning coffee. Owners were responsive and friendly with communication. Highly recommend this unit!

Keith is an amazing owner and host. He always checked on us and made sure things were going well. He responds quickly whenever I had questions and was kind. The condo is extremely nice and has a great view, especially for sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo—everything was so clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Sanibel Island is truly a slice of paradise, and we absolutely loved our dinner at Doc Ford’s (the Yucatan shrimp was amazing!). The only thing we didn’t love were the no-see-ums—they were definitely persistent—but even they couldn’t take away from such a great experience. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

Everything about this unit is 100% off the charts. It’s beautiful and clean and spacious. Beds and couch are comfortable. Very kind of gadget was available in the kitchen. The location is perfect for shelling. Totally recommend this unit to anyone.

I cannot even begin to say enough good about this property!! We have never felt like we wanted to come back to the same place over and over again… until now. Keith is absolutely top notch to deal with and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. He is very prompt in responding and a great resource for information about the area. His wife even put together a list of recommended restaurants for us!! The condo was even better than the photos on the listing… from a welcome gift to beach chairs, bug spray (which is a MUST), and beautiful decor… it was everything we hoped for our honeymoon to be!! If you have not been to Sanibel, you need to experience it!! We had always wanted to go there and we are so thankful we finally did! The shelling is absolutely out of this world, and the pool/hot tub/beach/gulf is just a hop skip and a jump away, with truly amazing views of all of the above from the master bedroom and private lanai. We loved it so much we decided to purchase one of the other condos!! And even then, knowing we would be renters as well, Keith was so helpful and knowledgeable and is a pleasure to talk to. You are looking at an amazing opportunity to stay in this unit!!

The property was nicely appointed with an updated interior. The kitchen had everything we needed for the entire stay. The owners even checked to make sure we had everything we needed after checkin. The proximity to the beach was the reason for our renting the condo, but the condo would be our reason for returning to the condo's complex. We will definitely be repeat customers if we return to the area.

This condo suited my family perfectly !! The unit was extremely clean, very comfortable, fully furnished, is close to the elevator, and only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our short stay, but plan to return !!! Keith was exceptional, he answered all questions timely and even reached out to ensure we were satisfied upon our arrival !! Great place to stay !!

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo. This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures displayed don't do it justice. The kitchen was fully functional with beautiful countertops and brand new appliances. Everything you need for a quick snack or full meal was available. The washer and dryer was very nice to have so we didn't have to do laundry upon returning home. The living room area was where we spent our time laughing and visiting every night. The screened in lanai provided a beautiful view that I couldn't ever get tired of viewing. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautiful as well. Even the decorating was amazing. The pool was nice but small, but the beach was amazing. I would recommend beach shoes as the shells are everywhere which is amazing but can be hard to walk on. The condo is located on the third floor but there is an elevator right across from the condo. There was even a grocery cart on the premises that we used to help get our groceries upstairs! Keith was an awesome and super responsive host. I had some issue with the keypad and he walked me through it immediately. I could have easily moved in permanently. Thank you Keith! We will be back!

Beautifully decorated and clean. Easy access from elevator. Even beach chairs and toys. Owner is accessible if needed which we did not need. Lovely view. We kept migrating between the pool and the beach. Easy access to both. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Great Accomodations!

This was our first trip to Sanibel, and it was wonderful! The unit was decorated beautifully, clean and incredibly well equipped in the kitchen. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and umbrella were provided as well! The property is in a great location, and in close proximity to the island activities while also being far enough away to experience some serenity. We couldn’t have asked for better rental experience!

The condo was beautiful and in perfect walking distance from the beach. Construction was not as distracting as people may think and the host was very quick to respond back! Will be booking again!
