"This place was a huge disappointment and absolutely not what I expected based on the Expedia rating. The unit was tiny, outdated, and not very clean, with paper-thin walls and ceilings - we could clearly hear the guests upstairs late into the night and again early in the morning. There was no proper lobby or on-site staff, the AC created so much condensation that surfaces and even the TV were wet, and basic touches like coffee for the coffee maker were missing. While the beach was nearby, the property itself felt run-down and honestly worth maybe a third of what they charge."

"I had an amazing stay at this beach resort! The location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning ocean views and direct access to a clean, relaxing beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. I especially loved the delicious food at the resort restaurant, BRGR. "We had a one bedroom suite with a partial gulf view no balcony, but it did have sliding glass doors so you can get air. From check-in to check out all the staff was great very friendly and when we had an issue with the window shades on the sliding doors, it was handled immediately."
