"We loved the house and pool. Our family had a great time. Ease of rental access and they allowed us in an hour early which was nice. Grounds were very nice. Our 3rd time renting a house in Cape Coral. People have to realize how big Cape Coral is. Its 15 minutes ti everywhere. Only negative was the over the top amount of buddahs as the main living room decore. Not exactly a neutral decor, we have iasues with idols. It should just be beach/boat theme decor"

"This rental cannot be more perfect. Perfectly clean, perfectly situated, perfectly stocked with needed essentials, relaxing! As a matter of fact, this is the house we are going to build in Cape Coral when we move down there in a few years on our land, it couldn’t have been more of a perfect dwelling."

"This property had everything you could want or need. It was well supplied with all you need in the kitchen, the bedrooms were comfortable and the living area was perfect. The pool area was just as incredible as the house. We will certainly check this house for availability whenever we go to Cape Coral in the future!"

"Beautiful, spacious property with a modern, comfortable design and plenty of room for large groups. Convenient location about 30 minutes from the airport, with an easy circular driveway. The smart-home technology may appeal to tech-savvy guests, though some may prefer simpler systems.There were unfortunately several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, there were hundreds of flies in the garage and lanai due to garbage left behind from previous renters. We also found a leaking toilet in the master bathroom, though the property manager sent a plumber the same day and the issue was fixed quickly.On the third day, local utility work disconnected the internet, and it took five days to restore. Since many home features relied on Wi-Fi, this affected the TVs, pool/spa controls, heating, and lighting. Traveling with kids without internet or TV for most of the trip was challenging. There was also confusion with trash pickup instructions, leaving garbage outside for days in the Florida heat.The property manager remained communicative throughout, and the issues were eventually resolved, but the trip felt more stressful than relaxing due to constant troubleshooting and coordination. Despite the issues, we would still consider renting again. 7/10."
