"The resort is a different than what I am used to. Beautiful view. Charged a resort fee but don’t necessarily know what it entails. That does not include an umbrella and chair, and pool closes at 9. They also do not have a fitness center. Also, there is a $20 per day to park which you have to have a car if you’re going to stay at Fort Myers for guests also. The top restaurant was really good. Some of the infrastructure could be further addressed, because some things look odd. I loved the views that I had and Lani Kai. It was part of a lovely experience. There are things that can improved on."

"The room was very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and even texted to check to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Breakfast was good. I liked the buffet best only due to limited food sources I can eat myself. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Plenty of seating and always very clean. I would stay again and highly recommend."

"We have stayed at this property several times and it is a great location and great value. They have recently instituted an early check-in fee which we have not encountered before. I get it, if there are no rooms ready that's one thing, but a fee for checking in a few hours early when there are rooms available I didn't care for. We made it work by changing clothes in a bathroom and headed to the beach. Beyond the fee thing,the place is clean and attractive and near some really good restaurants. Highly recommend!"
