My granddaughter and I stayed here for 3 nights in October. Our room was so clean and cozy and having a refrigerator and washer and dryer was so convenient. The staff were all very nice. Parking was super easy. Would stay again!!

We absolutely loved our trip to Fort Myers Beach! Edison Beach House was the perfect place for our stay. It is an older building but very well kept and clean. The elevator was currently out of service since they reopened and we were on the 5th floor. Thankfully this was okay for us. (They did call us in advance to make sure this worked for us.) We were within walking distance to everything yet far enough away when we didn't want to be part of the action. The beach was great and we absolutely loved the fact that they had a closet full of stuff for us to use at the beach (chairs, floaties, etc.). The front desk people were very friendly and helpful when we spoke with them. The only thing I wished they had was a few umbrellas to use on the beach (there was one but we couldn't get it in the ground) but we spent most of our time in the ocean anyway. Washer and dryers and all the kitchen appliances were a huge plus and we had an amazing view from the top floor!! Highly recommend!!

I like everything in the property only the elevator was broken.... I didn't like was the parking issues only 1 car per room. We rent a room for 2 families and only we can park 1 car.

The Edison Beach House has nice ladies at the front desk. This property is part of Fort Myers Beach history…pretty much destroyed after hurricane Ian. Flood waters were 15 feet high! At the moment (July 2025) the elevator is out. Had to schlepp up one flight that was more like 1.5 flights. No wonder I got a good deal on two nights! We had a lovely view of the Gulf of MEXICO (!) Support Fort Myers beach comeback after Ian! A prayer for lives lost and brave rescue crews.

Great Family Vacations

Family of 6! We had a great time. Great restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful sunsets. Lots of live music and karakoke every night. The beach closet was a great idea. We didnt have to bring chairs or floats. Plenty in The closet. We donated a cooler as well.

Perfect location on the beach! Well cared for property. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was lovely with great view of the Gulf. Wonderful stay! The only downside, the elevator was not working but this issue was made known to us when we booked. Not a problem for us.
