The room was very nice and most of the staff was very helpful but the front desk made a couple of mistakes on different days and checking out was one of them. If someone would like to talk about it I would like that.

Easy valet parking, luggage held while waiting for room to be ready. We loved the large pool and plenty of chaise lounges. The fence blocking access to the beach was a bit of a nusance. The food was prepared well and appreciate the containers with covers. Happy hour drinks and food pretty limited choices. Wish there was live entertainment like in Hollywood Beach location, and wish we were offered the complementary Margaritas at check in as advertised.
