Margaritaville Hotel was surprisingly very family- and pet-friendly. We brought our fur baby, and she was welcomed everywhere—from water bowls at every restaurant to special treats just for her. Everything was spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive and professional. The pool was a whole experience in itself, offering the perfect mix of relaxation, fun activities, and great music—nothing short of amazing. Our waiter, Scott, was outstanding; he recommended delicious drinks and made sure we were always taken care of. One of the highlights of our trip was the banana boat ride—truly an out-of-this-world experience! From breakfast to dinner at the Lah De Dah Beach Bar, with good food, live music, and stunning sunsets, everything was unforgettable. We will definitely be back—thank you for making our weekend getaway so memorable! 🌴☀️🍹

Everything was great. The only negative thing is that everything is opened to the public. It means that sometimes at the pool you don’t have available chair. As a hotel guest we should have reserved spots. Besides this it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot

The south was very lackadaisical. Front desk was not much help and be helped us was even worse. The heavyset 40 year-old female was quick to say no, that bartenders work for tips so they were trying to please. The coffee shop lady from Boston was very nice as was the staff there. The pool was beautiful, but there was a lot of staff just talking to each other or on their phones. Virtually anybody that was not working for a tip was just going through the motions. The room was only cleaned one of the FIVE night stay. That’s right they only clean the rooms in order even if you let them know that you’re gonna be out of the room for three hours between this time and that time not in a room for one hour out of the eight in the room was never ready. finally the front desk got someone to come down on the third day to clean your room once. No one spoke English or appeared to conveniently not know what I was saying. I’m a 60-year-old pharmacist and speak very clearly. My wife is a cardiac nurse still working at 58 in the hospital on floor is taking care of people and she was very disappointed in that. One day after complaining to the front desk at 2 PM could they please clean the room! And they still never came that day and simply hung a bag on the door with fresh towels. I complained at 5 PM when I got back to the room to relax shower and go have dinner somewhere. We were gonna relax the room in order in pizza local but the room was not ever made up. Poor execution & service :( :(( !

Very nice Resort & pool. Did not expect to have to pay for parking each night if we were staying at the Resort. That should be part of the expense. We were in a joining room with door between us. We heard every word they were saying. Late at night & early morning were awaken by them. But other than that very clean and island like atmosphere. Thank You'!!!
