The property is usually great but we stayed for our anniversary on a Monday night We enjoyed the pool and went for dinner and drinks. We came back around 10:30 The a/c unit was loud but we shrugged off for awhile but became very annoying. We just shut it off and went to bed. Woke up in middle of night very warm but didn’t want to bother anyone that late. Woke up the next morning and the power was out. We live 20 minutes away so had to go home to get ready for the day. I went down to the front desk to address the issues and was met with a defensive host that basically thought it was my fault because I never said anything in the middle of night and I should have obviously known about the power because she said they slipped a paper under door ( which they did not) We did use the pool the next day and it was great but felt we should have been given a voucher or something more than the resort fee knocked off. I know things happen but this wasn’t handled well by staff

Great hotel. The only issue I have is that the room was listed as accessible. The shower was not roll in as there was a ridge. There were no grab bars in the bathroom and I asked for a shower chair but never got one delivered. The room we had was not ADA complaint but labeled on Expedia as accessible. Other than that it is awesome.

We reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights and we had no power for our entire stay! No AC, no phone charging, no lights, NO POWER! They were running on generator power for 2 weeks prior to our booking and they never told us. Then the power went out all together after we arrived. If we had known they were running on generator power prior to booking we wouldn't have booked there. We contacted them and they refunded only partially, resort fees, but they haven't called us regarding any room refunds. We are still trying to get them to return our calls. Worst trip ever and it was for a birthday celebration :(

Great hotel and facilities, late notice of a power cut annoying as lifts out of operation lugging suitcases up stairs and air con etc in rooms. Otherwise great stay

Building was working off a mobile generator. Diesel fumes were in main lobby . The building didn’t have power for 12 hours , and elevators were shut down . U had to use stair case . Fire alarms went of in the middle of the night and everyone had to evacuate the building . Besides all that staff was rude at the pool area . They constantly checking your personal bags for items such as water or food purchased outside hotel .parking is 35$ per day , beach chairs and umbrellas also 60 $ a day not including hotel fees at 40$ per day . Wouldn’t recommend this place . Go to pink shell everything is included ! I left my trip early and rebooked the pink shell !

I made reservation that stated all fees were included but noted there was a 139 dollar charge at the property. Turned out the charge was for a 139 dollars per night. Additionally, there is a 35 dollar per day "valet" parking fee and you have no choice if you arrive in a car. Finally, upon check out they added another 35 dollar a night resort fee. The power went out one day for nearly the whole day and that night false alert fire alarm went off 3 different times. Durning the power outage there were no services at the main builiding but yet they charged 35 dollars for basically breathing their air. Finally, what started out being about to be a 260 dollar per night room turned into about a 450 dollar a night room. Cannot even recommend this facility for anyone.

This hotel was great. The food and drinks were very good. The pool was nice. There were plenty of lounge chairs. My only complaint was that you had to pay additional fees- $56 daily- to sit on the beach with an umbrella.
