All staff were very friendly. Room was clean and we had a view of the water from the room. Plenty of amenities and the beach is so close! They do a great job of keeping the beach clean. My only real beef would be the parking--it's a little bit pricey--we weren't prepared for that expense at $37 per trip plus all the "fees and taxes".

Overall, we had a good stay. However, I feel like there are misrepresentations on the website. Most of the rooms are across the street from the beach and pool. Parking at the resort is valet only. That’s a wonderful feature but not included in the price and gets added on to your bill. The nightlife and restaurants are a nice bonus. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Overall a nice place but disappointed in some of the surprises

We booked so we could relax & chill on the beach but each day we’re rushed off the beach an hour BEFORE sunset. We were hoping to stay till close to sunset but at 4:30 they make you leave your chairs as they collect all the chairs. We were happy with the resort but just felt rushed off the most important aspect of our trip. Otherwise the hotel is clean & service was very good. Everyone we encounter was smiling,
