The staff was very friendly. Being a former resident of Fort Myers Beach for 34 years this was my first trip back there since 2018. Everyone at the hotel did their best to make us feel comfortable but it would have been nice to be given a heads up prior to us deciding on the reservation that their would be construction going on. It was difficult to truly relax by the pool with all the noise from the contractors. There were a few minor inconveniences regarding lighting and maintenence issues in rhe room/hallway but we totally understood what happened there over the past few years from the hurricanes and don't want to nit pick. Like I said the noise level was the biggest issue considering it prevented ys from being able to relax by the pool.

Had a wonderful stay, it’s very clean and quiet. The property seems to be still under repair from Hurricanes, which we expected. The wait for the elevators was long and one bank of elevators was unavailable to guest use.

Clean but pullout bed was old, stained, and hard to use. Called a “resort” but I never saw resort amenities; not even a workout area or spa and nothing (not even a banana) for breakfast. Took coffee down at 2 pm. Staff very friendly. Location very good.

The location was nice, but our one-bedroom suite wasn’t at all worth the price. Our refrigerator was cracked and broken, The pocket door to the bathroom stuck half-open. Showering was a nightmare, as it was a semi-open shower that left you freezing cold and left water all over the floor. Lastly, the only mirror in the entire place was the bathroom. No full-length mirror at all. Challenging to get a family of 5 ready for a day out. Ice machines were located in every other floor, mak in g it inconvenient to keep coolers and hydration bottles filled. There weren’t enough lounge chairs at the pool for everyone who wanted them, and they allowed people to place towels on lounge chairs early in the morning to “save them” for themselves if they decided to use them later in the day. I saw several chairs that were “saved” and never even used. Thankfully, we were only there a couple of days. I couldn’t have handled much more.

The room was very nice - good condition, spacious, up to date. The meals we had at the 2 restaurants was very good and there was live music every night. The only negatives were that we were there for 4 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean. We did not have our Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The bed sheets were clean but worn (pilling). All in all, I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would go back.
