The staff was exceptional. The place is a little outdated and a little dirty. We never got housekeeping but wasn't sure if we needed to call to get the room serviced bc of sand from the beach. I originally booked an oceanfront room and was placed in a room with a partial view.
Once I called luckily they had rooms available to move me to an actual oceanfront room. We also had issues with our room key but that eventually got fixed. Again the staff was amazing!!
Overall we enjoyed the place. We definitely didn't use all the amenities but it was still lovely. Can't give it 5 stars since the room really needed an update. Bed and pillows were fine.
