Pics of room were deceiving online. Our king room with balcony actually was a one king in a 12×16 room on bottom floor. This was supposed to hold 2 guest. My husband & I could not even move around in there without touching. We also had to go ask for towels, toilet paper. They never ask if we needed our room clean until i went & had to make appt to get cleaned. No free ice for room. $6 bag of ice is whats available. Will stay elsewhere if we ever make it back to Panama City Beach
