I liked the balcony. The bed is hard, the pillows are hard. There wasn’t’ anything telling how to use the tv. The office said they have different kinds if televisions and I would have to let maintenance into my room so they could show me how to use it or fix it. Carpet was dirty. My feet were black after walking around the room. Internet service was not good and phone service wasn’t good.

Everyone is very nice. The property is not really a resort, it's more like a motel. And it's outdated. They do have a bar and grill at pool side and access to the beach which was very convenient.

Had a great time. In a great location. Down the beach from most of the "touristy" part of PCB so not too crowded. Staff was very nice. The room had small coffee pod maker. Didnt work right. Room was spacious. Shower was tiny. Plenty of room for our party of 3. There is a great little diner across the street for breakfast!

Overall, it was a great place to stay. Our carpet was wet. There was no filter in the coffee pot to make coffee rooms. Could’ve been a little more updated but overall it was OK. I would stay there again.

This was the last year we are staying at this location. We had been planning on staying here every year, but in one year’s time, it went from decent place to stay, to a basic motel on the road. We stayed for 6 days. The first night, we got a room that could be opened with a hard push. The room also had a fingernail in the corner, and while my son went to get us a different room, the next one we got had some serious mold inside the shower. The THIRD room we got was the same room we got the year prior. At that point, I was happier because the doors had updated handles and the room just seemed less dirty. I understand that being by water 24/7 can make any hotel seem a little damp, but by the time we left, the room had gone from ok to worse. For a resort, there were no premium channels, and the club looked a little worse than it did last year. One washing machine in the common area was broken, and had been for a few weeks. I also wanted to add a day, (I got the room from Expedia) and since I wasn’t allowed to just book one extra day, (had to be 2), the front desk person said they would match the Expedia price, and then they didn’t. I won’t be returning next year. I already found a nicer place closer to the Pier, it’s more expensive, but in much better shape. As far as comfort in this hotel, it was just ok. The beds were not that comfortable, the bathroom was a mess before we got in it, (sand behind the toilet) and roaches.

The hotels location is ideal for those who love the beach. However, the hotel needs a million dollar updating. The walkways are peeing and missing sanded paint in sports. Our room was reasonable clean but needs a scrubbing. The sink stopper was broken and the faucet defective. We would have preferred a beach view but was given a small street view room. There are many other properties available in better condition for the price.
