This was a nice stay. The property is old and warn. But…it was really something. If you want the beach and a room with a Gulf view this is the place. Note that you will have to embrace the old Florida vibes. If you can do that you will love the place. I will stay here again until f I’m nearby.

Disappointing

We hadn’t stayed here in about 10 years and it has went down. The decor is older which is okay, but the room was not clean. We had to go to store and get cleaning supplies to clean bathroom. The property has 2 elevators, one was not working the whole visit, the second worked at times. I had knee replacement and using the steps most of the trip was rough. I would not recommend staying there. Beach area was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay here and will be back. It is an older hotel and could use some updating. It was clean and the staff were very nice. The grounds needed some updates and needed to be cleaner. It was worth the money. Our view was spectacular.

This was our 3rd time staying here, and we keep coming back for a reason! The hotel may be a bit older, but it’s clean, comfortable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Our room had a balcony right on the beach with a beautiful view — perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Can’t wait to come back again!

The room was not ready at 4 and the check in process was slow. The elevators were not operational most of the time which doesnt work well when you have physical limitations. The cleaning staff wwas amazing at helping restock our room. The room was dated but good and we had no issues with anything in the room.

Nothing about this place was a resort. The pictures are pictures of some other place. Absolutely filthy, dirty, rundown beat down, mildew infested… the only reason why this place is OK is it is located in a good area. Outside of that complete slum hotel!!! Customer Service was OK…:)

The room was extremely out of date, not very clean and beds were lumpy. There was however a full side frig, and coffee. Outside of frig was filthy. Nothing was furnished in the kitchen area except microwave. Chairs belonged in the dump.

Right on the beach with beach view. Rooms needed to be updated chairs fake leather was peeling and fridge was rusted. Had a musky smell when we first came in and floor felt damp like concrete was sweating. Staff encountered were fine. Location was away from the restaurants we want to go but drive was fine
