I was skeptical when I saw the price, but this hotel was great! Staff was friendly despite being woefully understaffed, and everything was nice and clean! The only things I didn’t like were the lack of ice machines and breakfast. It’s a great location and the room we were in even had a full kitchen which I didn’t notice when booking! Beds were a little firm, and a/c was struggling, but I’d definitely stay again!

I was stolen in the hotel parking lot and they didn't give me any assistance. There are no cameras in the parking lot. I found the hotel to be very unsafe and poorly attended.

Totally unacceptable what I experienced is not acceptable. First of all, I thought I was getting a Waterview hotel room, but feel like it was a bait and switch. I was in a room across the street and a motel looking portion of the hotel, the rooms are old and dated, The roof above my head cracked. The beds were in awful condition. I mean this has to be the worst hotel experience that I’ve had. I’m embarrassed to tell you the money I spent.

The pictures are absolutely not like the hotel, it’s old and smells of mildew. Our ceiling was falling down, mattress protectors must have been from long ago, as when checking for bugs the protector literally crumbled. Panama City beach is fabulous, this hotel is a never ever again visit. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. For 200 a night, absolutely not worth any penny.

Booked for only 1 nighr and thats aboit all I would stay. Room wasn't in the main building it was across the street. It wasn't as nice as the photos showed but it was adequate. Very outdated room, small bathroom, uncomfortable beds. The walls are paper thin - heard everything our nieghbors did! The main building has beach access, pool and deck. The lobby has a small store and ice cream shop. Its not a horrible place to stay but definitely not the best on the strip.

It was right on the beach, the balcony has the most perfect view of the ocean and and pool area. It was quiet and peaceful, even tho it ws def family and kids oriented. Beds so comfy, rooms so clean. Def would fo back, 10 out of qp!
