Property is dirty , in much need of cleaning It’s Florida , your supposed to walk around bare footed. It’s too nasty to do so. Our room stunk like rotten feet when we walked in. Both doors had to be kicked to open. Not sealed. Bathtub flaking paint. And no hot water to take a shower. Won’t stay here again.

The bedding smelled clean with a hint of bleach which I love. The hotel was conveniently located and my view was spectacular which is why I visit the beach. I utilized the one deck chair as this was an “unwind” trip for myself and it was perfect for that.

Everything was nice and overall clean, however one of our balcony chairs were broken and there was a half gallon of milk left in the fridge left by most recent guest i assume. Staff was friendly and check in/ check out was a breeze.
