Customer service and reaching anyone on the automated phone was impossible. The TV didn't work it took 2 days to get someone out to get it going. There is no Management in the office while I was there for 4 days had to go in the car to another motel seahaven down the road to get toilet paper trash bags more towels etc. I loved the room I picked Beach level walked right out the back door to go out on beach very close. And then walk out front door was the swimming pool. Even though you couldn't swim in the pool it was so green and unclean. Did not look safe to swim in.. I loved the rate I got for the days that I was there through expedia. I loved having a beach level room. Just wish customer service was better. But I will return I love the convenience of it all. Able to walk right next door to sharky's and on the other side walk right next door to Senior frogs.

Had to share a parking lot with Sharky’s, which is one of the busiest places in town. That sucked. Also, Señor Frogs is right next door and we were only 3 rooms over from the edge and they do karaoke until 1AM. Other than that, it was okay. Needs to be updated but it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location

The location is great, we walked everywhere. Plus it’s in front of the beautiful beach. The only thing I did like, was a found a hair on what’s supposed to be a fresh clean towel.

Love that it was on the beach! The staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Wish we could’ve use the pool. It was dirty and had algae. No hot water it was barely lukewarm.

Horrible experience

Bed was broken upon arrival and when told the front desk they just put the broken piece back under the bed in hopes it would stay. No hot water to take a shower and when reported to the desk nothing was fixed or even offer to switch rooms. Trash was left in our room by someone while we were out. Upon telling the desk multiple times about issues we were told to contact management at another location. No refund offered or anything. Highly do not recommend staying here.

Room wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Hot water was non existent barely got warm after 10 min. Parking situation was horrible it’s both lots are shared with a restaurant so good luck if there is anything going on and it’s busy.

A little run down, but staff makes the place a gem

The hotel is pretty old and is showing its age. It's not exactly what I would call "nice." However, you cannot beat the location, the view, or the staff. We will certainly return.

Very noisy at the site from neighbors. Lots of motorcycles with their noise till late. Property can't control that however.

You get what you pay for....

We arrived on time for check-in right at 4pm or room wasn't ready for another hour so check-in was at 5pm for us. Got to the room there were old contacts from previous rental on the bathroom sink. The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets had pubic hair on them. Needles to say we slept on top of the comforter with a throw blanket we brought from home. TV is very fuzzy picture wasn't worth having in the room. Only 1 elevator and only 2 luggage carts so the elevator wait times were crazy and you literally had to chase someone down to get a luggage cart.

Do not book with them. Most of our plugs in the room didn't work, elevator didn't work, staff peed on our toilet while we were out, no hot water, got cut on the glass that covers the night stand, door between the rooms wouldn't shut and lock so they pushed a chair up against it. All of this was brought up to the staff on the second day there, because no one was there the first day we were to complain to. They couldn't move us and refused a refund.

I knew I was booking a budget motel, but I just needed one night before my timeshare was ready and this was right on the beach and convenient to the airport. The room was extremely clean, but the furnishings were dated and old, the TV did not work - every single channel was just fuzzy, and the door to the balcony would not lock - that by itself is concerning and not safe. Once on the balcony, the AC grate was rusted and bent. Parking was a hassle to find an open spot without having to go across the street and down the block. The beachside location was a plus.
