Staff was great view was great first room not good we had to move rooms because of mold issues and bugs dog feces everywhere and couldn't enjoy balcony because of other people's drug use.

Vommit on the patio when we awoke in the morning maintenance tried to clean up by using a leaf blower. Noisy rooms and the outside wreaked of Marijuana wouldn't recommend even it was cheaper

Save your money

Get what you pay for. The air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. We couldn’t adjust the temp at all so the room stayed on 68. Dirty towels was left in our room on arrival. No remote to work the living room tv. Told us maintenance was coming but never showed up. Couldn’t get clean towels upon request had to wait on towels to get to the property. If you have a family good luck finding a cart to take your bags on. The lady in the office was RUDE! Oh and don’t mind all the weed you smell around you it’s out the front door to the patio door. And they only have ONE elevator

The rooms were nothing compared to the photos. Everything was so dirty, we felt dirty just being in the room. Buildings age, thats ok, but being DIRTY and neglected and then advertising otherwise is not ok! The only advantage is the location. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Great Views & Location! Very Affordable!

The views were perfect! If I could rate the front desk ladies solely, they’d get a 5star rating. They were so nice and helpful! Updates could be done but honestly we wasn’t in the room much anyways. Railings on balconies could be better for safety reasons, as a family with kids the railings didn’t look nor feel safe enough to allow our kids on the balcony. Beach access was easy and close, pool was great as well. No bugs other than ants. Some rooms more updated than others from what others say and family that stayed here as well. Had a problem with the toilet in our original room and was quickly and efficiently moved to another unit.

Ocean view was amazing! Rooms however could definitely use updating. But I did only pay 341 for 5 nights. So you get what you get. Service was good, very friendly. BED WAS HORRIBLE!!

The room was extremly dirty, had pet hair all over the place and jad a strong pet odor. The couch and chairs were stained, filty and smelly. Bathroom was dirty, as well, broken bathtub and faucet. The view was great but the patio door knob was broken, could not stay closed.
