Elevator was kind of iffy and having to go to front desk to get towels all the time. TV in room kept cutting off.Beds were comfy and room worked well for what little we were in there. Pool was awesome! Staff were all sweet and very helpful!

This is a decent place to stay for the price. Our room had mostly been updated except for the kitchen area and the bathroom. The stove top did not work properly. There were utensils provided but no spatula. I would stay here again but they just need more consistency on the kitchen items and gadgets provided.

This hotel definitely needs a good cleaning and the dirty furniture needs replaced! The pics on website were deceiving-glad we only stayed there for 2 nights! The 2 pools were nice and it was in a decent location!

This place definitely needs some updates. The bathrooms need some serious work. The ac is not that great either. However the staff is so sweet and helpful! The coffee in the morning is great!!! Its location is great as well. Steps to the beach and two pools to pick from if you’re not hanging out at the beach! For the price , you can’t beat it!

The area of the property was so convenient. About an 8 min walk to Pier Park. Near plenty of stores and restaurants. It was right on the beach, so the views were amazing. The outside of the property was absolutely stunning, the palm trees and pools in the courtyard were beautiful. However, the pictures didn’t quite match the reality. There were stains on the floor, on the walls, and on the bed skirts. There was rust on the fridge and in the microwave. Our oven was right in front of the AC, so we couldn’t even open the oven to make anything. Lastly, it smelt like dirty socks when we walked in. It def needs to be deep cleaned and updated. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Not good place to stay very dirty and need rebuilt
The hotel is old not kept up very well it’s dirty , very noisy also . There is little parking, the beach view is in the other side of the kitchen area so it isn’t visible from the bed room area . There was an altercation between an employee and customer with lots of bad language. The price of the rooms are to high for what it is and the internet pictures are misleading , pictures look better than it actually is. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone .
