Front door was messed up had a hole in it. You could hear the wind blowing through kitchenette needs to be updated really bad back door was messed up also very hard to close and most of the times it wouldn’t stay closed people all around us were smoking I got charged For smoking in my room and I don’t smoke and still fighting to try to get my money back.

The elevator is constantly not working. The lights in hallway and noise from ice machine forbid you to get sleep. The sheets, bedding and towels are very outdated. You’re not able to enjoy the back patio because there’s constant smoke and weed smells from other balconies. The outside shower to the beach is beyond old and needs to be replaced. It seems like no one is cleaning up the property at all. I stayed for two days and the same trash and dead bugs all around the property were never removed. When it rains the whole upstairs hallways gets flooded and no one manages it. The free coffee and parking was nice.

It was very cheap but the pool was nasty could use updates the room wasn’t terrible but could have been cleaner. Staff was very very very rude that worked the desk!

We love this particular location/venue and have stayed in the past/ and will stay in future. But, the place is old and in disrepair in many respects. The hotel is about to go through some major renovations. Badly needed, including elevators. Other than that, great location. Great view with balcony and full kitchen. Staff great !!

Not bad at all for the price. It’s a good deal and you get what you pay for. We had a great stay. The staff was great! The balcony’s get very gross. Rooms should provide a broom or vacuum. Having only one elevator and having water cut off one day sucked but was fine. Pet friendly was great and accommodating but wish there was better spaces on the property to walk the dog simce they aren’t allowed in the beach. Just over grown parking lot with trash and 2 empty dumpsters.

IT WAS NICE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE OUR PET WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THE VIEW OF THE BEACH WAS GREAT. I ENJOYED THE BALCONY IN THE EVENINGS TO LISTEN TO THE WAVES.

Keys didn't open door, elevator didn't work, walked up 4 flights and then back down, employee wanted me to WAIT IN LINE to get keys activated. In room no soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper,no wash cloths.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice. After some time, we were finally given a room—but it was in unacceptable condition. The room was filthy. There were stains that appeared to be blood on the door, bed, and wall. Mold was visible on the side of the bed and on the ceiling. When we reported this to the front desk, they sent the lead housekeeper to clean the room. She insisted the stains were “just rust,” but the door was wooden—rust isn’t even possible on wood. The floor was also grimy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, they failed to disclose an additional $200 security deposit at the time of booking. We only found out about it during check-in. While the hotel advertises itself as “dog-friendly,” that wasn’t our experience. There was no designated area for dogs to relieve themselves, and the surrounding grounds were covered in broken glass and trash. It was unsafe to walk our dog anywhere nearby. Even worse, the beach directly behind the hotel does not allow dogs, and you can be fined if you’re caught with one there. The room was uncomfortable, the conditions were unsanitary, and the staff was unhelpful. Despite the poor experience, they refused to offer any discount or compensation. We would have left for another hotel, but traveling with our dog made that difficult. I can usually overlook minor inconveniences, but this stay was not ok.
