To be a small motel, I was really pleased with staying here and would stay again. The front desk was super nice, the room was clean, and my children loved the playground that was available.

At the very least, most people look for safety, cleanliness, customer appreciation and value for the price you pay. This hotel checks all of those boxes. The staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated from check in-check out. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe all night. The room showed signs of wear and tear but it was clean. I stayed one night and unquestionably believe I got my monies worth.

I stayed two nights at Smart stay. I had to make a quick trip to St Augustine. I've stayed there before for one night. I initially had reservations for one night but the staff was great about getting me booked for the second night at a good rate. The beds are very very comfortable. The rooms have been redone. My bath was a walk-in shower as I requested. It did have a view of the pool and I worried about noise. I shouldn't have worried I didn't hear anything. If I need to go back down to St Augustine, I will stay there again.
