The front desk staff did not come across as welcoming, inviting, or helpful at all. The only exception was a young man that was there for two nights out of my stay. When I asked for extra pillows for the bedroom, I was given one pillow with no pillowcase and two decorative pillows that’s seemed really dirty and was told “ we are out of pillows and pillowcases”. I don’t understand how a hotel runs out of those basic necessities. I also assume that the building was recently painted inside and out as there was paint splattered all over the hardwood floors, which made it seem dirty everywhere you walked. The bedroom and the bed was alright for what I needed, but the carpet was extremely dirty as evidenced by how dirty my socks would end up if I walked without shoes.
