Candlewood Suites is a good hotel......
I have stayed at Candlewood Suites a couple of times, previously, when I visited San Antonio. The property has a good location, adequate parking and pleasant, professional staff. My only issue is that Candlewood is a "pet friendly" hotel and I had a barking dog as an alarm clock my last two stays and I noticed that after I walked on the carpet with black socks on, they had a pretty good amount of pet hair on the bottom of my socks and my black jacket that I laid on the bed had pet hair, as well. Candlewood Suites is a nice hotel to stay at. I will choose to stay at non-pet-friendly hotels.
