Staff members were courteous and professional. They showed great care during my welcome. However, when I arrived, their computer system was down. I was unable to check into my room upon arrival. I decided to go get something to eat when I return. The computer system was working, and I was able to check in to my room. My only complaint about my room was the light switches were dirty. And the desk lamp light was not working.

What I liked the most was the location—-walking distance to restaurants and avoiding having to go fight traffic. The room was clean and the check-in was quick. The only negative comment I have is that I would have liked the room to be cooler than 71 degrees. I couldn’t get it cooler than that. Overall, great hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected due to the ongoing issue with housekeeping. Throughout my stay, I had to repeatedly ask for housekeeping services. Each time I made a request, I was told someone would come to clean my room, but they never followed through. This constant need to chase down housekeeping for basic services like fresh towels, bed sheets and cleaning was incredibly frustrating. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve this aspect of their service.

Awesome stay

Aloft hotel was a pleasant stay. The location is centered around many shopping stores and restaurants. There is a security guard on site and it is a safe family location. Our Lady of the Lake was only a10 minute drive, but no traffic going to and back. The Zoo is close and North Star mall is nearby.
