The Royal Sonesta New Orleans
Added fees for security that were not clearly stated or printed anywhere . Also having to use a $15 credit that you are charged for in the hotel and you don’t get it credited back if you don’t use it. The room was clean besides the outlets for the lights .

The Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery
Disappointed with the room, 107 The AC unit was extremely loud,unbearable. Sheet protector had many stains. Called the front desk and was given a blanket to throw over it until housekeeping could come the next day. Also was advised of a 50$ meal credit. Ordered breakfast and was not given any credit. ...

the room was never cleaned or dusted. staff left door opened for anyone to walk in. rug was dirty and never was vacuumed the entire stay. I have stayed here before it was in much better condition than it is now. very disappointing
