"The rooms are decent but having to sleep in a hot room was not ok. The staff tried their best to make it right by changing our room and the maintenance guy attempted to get the a/c working. Unfortunately both rooms had the same issue. Still had fun but I think ill stick with the Wyndham Barrone you could hang meat in their rooms."

"The check-in counter rep wrote QT on the key card with the assumption we would know that meant the elevator banks we should use. No.. There was no a single bottle of water in the room. Considering the room rate, this is how Marriott is saving money? Room was on the 21st floor. There was no hot water. I called for assistance and was told someone will come to check. For? To tell me there is no hot water, that perhaps the broiler is in basement and it takes 15 minutes of running and wasting water to get lukewarm water to shower. Because that’s exactly what happened. Not good because I was traveling with someone else who had the same issue and did the same. I can imagine how much water is being wasted considering the number of rooms on this property. I chose to accept the higher rate due to location. Not good."

"One of the best hotels we've stayed at for one of the best prices. Loved having the separate dressing room with a sink, and a separate bathroom and shower room. Comfy bed, clean, modern design, nice staff, easy enough public transit. Really solid stay."
