"I liked the location of the property overlooking the falls. I did not like the fact that I arrived at the property at 4:10 pm to check in for a 4:00 pm check in, and my room wasn't ready. I finally got into my room at 4:50 pm. If check in is at 4:00 pm then my room should be ready then. Also I didn't like the $50 parking fee per night. It cost me $100 in parking to stay for two nights. What a gouge! Not to mention they did not have any accessible towels in the pool area. They did finally bring some but it gives you an idea of the kind of service they provided."
