As we stayed two days, when I tried to wash my hair the shampoo was not working either… it was too late to ask but I did tell the front desk. I think the receptionist thought I wanted a discount which was not the case, but did not sound that concerned. Also the washroom light was not working (one of them) and it started flickering… Finally. We did like the view… the room was very good. I would not suggest the observation area on the 14th floor as it needs slot of upkeep."
