I am from the service industry and we do not charge nowhere close to where you guys charge and we serve our customers with Fiji water was water and we don’t want cheap out on water bottles and basic essentials. Please make this note and serve your customers with high-quality water which is a basic essential if I were you, I was served at least two sparkling water and two Fiji water bottles or a brand name if someone’s paying 600+ a night you should be able to provide them. At least these basics at no cost other than that. Total was amazing room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. This is what you expect from Hilton. Thank you."
