"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel overall. The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. The guest service was exceptional, and everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was clear that customer satisfaction was a priority, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. The only concern I experienced during my stay was when the fire alarm was activated. Unfortunately, there was little to no direction provided to guests regarding the emergency. In a situation like that, clear communication and guidance are extremely important, especially for the safety and peace of mind of everyone staying at the hotel. I would encourage management to review the emergency procedures and ensure guests receive clear instructions if an alarm or emergency occurs in the future. Aside from that, I had a great stay and was very impressed with the staff and level of guest service. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit a pleasant one.
