Book a hotel near St. Michael's Cathedral, Downtown Toronto

"I stayed for two nights in December 1 & 2 in a King Executive room on the 21st floor. My only complaint was the noise due to old windows. I mentioned this in passing at the front desk, and they advised they were in process of rolling out better window noise insulation and had already completed through the 6th floor. The customer service was exceptional, each interaction with the site staff was professional and positive. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the amenities (pool - gym was closed for renovations but the hotel had co-ordinated a partnership with a nearby facility for guests to use their gym). The room was small, but had a comfortable bed and a functional layout. Space along the foot was tight, but I was able to easily pass by to access the desk area along the window. Desk set up was great (rolling desk adjacent to a fixed counter, which elevated my laptop/screen) and the fixed counter was host to a Keurig coffee maker/coffee area. I will stay again. The hotel exceeded all my expectations for the price I paid. "

"Staying in Fairmont was such a fairy tale. We got a beautiful room with amazing view. Library bar food was delicious. Overall, hospitality was awesome. Only thing that was disappointed that was parking, it should be a part of stay at no additional cost. Also, there was no instructions mentioned if a person is parking his/her own car, not by valet."

"Our stay at the Novotel was fantastic. The service was great the rooms were so clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and it is our favourite place to stay in Toronto now. We come to Toronto every couple months for medical appointments so we have stayed at many hotels in the are a and we are so pleased with the Novotel this will be our main place to stay when we come to the city for appointments now. "
