Hotel was beautiful as were the rooms, you are living right in the downtown core so you will get the usual downtown noises from a city that never sleeps. It’s close to a hospital so you might get some ambulance or police sirens. Beds are comfortable and I’d come back again for sure

The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We were provided with a room upgrade when they found out I was celebrating my birthday. A bottle of wine was set up as well. Thank you again! Room was terrific, love the hard wood floors. Only concern was the neighborhood, did more Ubering than walking. Thanks again for a great stay.

The hotel was great for what we needed. It’s new, clean, had very comfortable beds, laundry and was conveniently located to walk to the mall, restaurants, Scotiabank arena, St Lawrence Market, etc. The rooftop lounge on the 14th floor was an added bonus, nice place to hangout on a rainy afternoon. Only negative was that we were finally able to check in 2 hours after their check in time. Only offered free drinks in the restaurant/lounge while we waited another hour.
