Everything was great. The room was clean and had both a living area and a bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. Towels were changed daily, but there was no toothpaste or disposable razor provided, which would have been nice to have. Breakfasts were tasty, but I would suggest adding some fresh vegetables. One more note: when you activate the digital key, the plastic key card stops working. It would be helpful to be able to use both the plastic and digital keys at the same time. Overall, we really liked the hotel. There is a public transit stop nearby, and a shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes.

$30 per night to park your car thirty minutes outside of Toronto is price gauging in my opinion. As long as you are ok with that, the hotel interior was nice, clean and up to date. The customer service was hit or miss. Most employees were friendly and helpful. The employee who checked us in upon arrival was not however. The combination of the outrages parking charges and her lacking of basic customer service skills, would prevent our family from giving this hotel business in the future.

Hotel for all ages.

Very popular and fun hotel. Comfortable, they cleaned my room daily during my 3 day visit. Breakfast was delicious, fully stocked and excellent pastries. Hotel even had a charge center for your devices, where you could leave device in lock box while charging.
