Far from the city, room was clean, some staff were really nice and others would ignore you, one mocktail (lack of variety), loved the breakfast touch of a chef to make you an omelet on demand but a buffet breakfast?? Eww. I saw people cough and sneeze directly into their hands and head straight for the buffet. At least have servers behind the buffet so clients don’t touch the food and utensils. The clientele was very old, one speed crowd, at no time will you feel like you’re on vacation in this hotel. It lacks the feeling of social, fun, newness, travel, excitement but it is clean, safe, and close to the airport.

We had a great experience at this property.From the time we arrived until we left.The front desk people were fantastic.We arrived a little early coming from Niagara with our little man .We ask for them to keep our bags until we return from Toronto.To our surprise our room was ready! Thank you ! We walked in to a nice and clean room.Nicely decorated with a nice view .We didn’t have time to eat breakfast.But we went for the complementary drink and snacks all great at the restaurant .Always before 6:30pm .We don’t recommend the pizza.Hey ! everything else was great .We will be back for sure ! Thank you

Great experience

All staff were very helpful and treated you with respect. Sometimes I feel like the staff in some places are just tired of tourists but Embassy Suites was the opposite. I really appreciated that.

The check-in was quick and staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I also was informed about free drinks and snacks at 5, which was unexpected. The suite was spacious and clean with a comfortable king size bed. There was no noise from other rooms or the airport. Overall a great place to stay!!

We decided to stay at this airport hotel over others because of the airport shuttle. The shuttle for this hotel was incredibly unreliable. While we saw other hotel shuttles making frequent runs, this one only had one. We waited for 30 minutes for the shuttle only to have it arrive without room for us. It would take another 25 minutes for the shuttle to make its route so we ended up taking a taxi which ended up being $28. When we arrived at the hotel, they were incredibly rude saying that the shuttle was “complimentary” and offered a candy bar to somehow make it better. If you are selecting this hotel for the shuttle, don’t. The hotel itself was fine, it’s an older hotel that has had a big remodel and smells of smoke still.
