Check in was smooth and professional and the room was clean and modern. One surprise was how busy the breakfast was. Long lines for the buffett. Seemed like 100 people or more at breakfast at 8 am. I returned at 9:30 and it was the same. Flight crews stay here which I consider to be a good barometer.

Embassy Suites Toronto Airport
The hotel was extremely clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable resulting in a good nights sleep. The front desk attendant was difficult to understand but eventually I was able to figure out what she was saying. We enjoyed drinks in the Westside Social eatery. Service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived at 2:42 and was not able to check in until almost 4pm. Front desk/management have different reasons as to why check- in was delayed. Staff failed to communicate any delays, had to continuously ask what was going on etc.

Bravo to this particular property-I was very pleased with the room cleanliness. I’ve stayed in many more expensive hotels which could learn a bit or two from you. Breakfast buffet was free but dated..maybe remove the breads/pastry section-they look stale and no body touches them. Other than that keep up the good job!!
