We stayed for a day to see a little of Toronto, the St. Lawrence Market, a play we had purchased tickets for months before and the gardens and docks. The hotel was lovely, they called us a cab that night to take us to the play as they said our theater was not in walking distance. We generally stay in nice places like Pantages but do not get services in the US like we received in our trip through OntarioCanada.

The property was really located centrally to what we wanted. The Dundas Square was just down the block and around the corner so catching the TTC or the Metro made it very easy to get to other neighborhoods of the city. The Eaton Center was also a block away so shopping and dining were super convenient if we didn’t have other plans.

The hotel sits in a nice quiet area off the main strip. Easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment. The staff was very helpful accommodating our request. the hotel was very quiet.

Nice location, room is great, overall pretty clean, but some area with rooms for improvement. Bed is slightly weird on size with the bed frame showing. I booked with Expedia and supposed to get thr VIP access, did not provide by the hotel. No water provided by hotel as well. Probably will go back to doubletree not too far away with much better service

Pantages is in an amazing location downtown near the Eaton Centre. Variety of food within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean with a: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, nice TV, and comfortable bed. The friendly staff can hold bags if you need to leave them and check you in early if you're ahead of schedule.
