The suite was on first floor and close to lobby. The room was spacious, welcoming and clean. The walk-in shower was spacious. Also a hot breakfast was served. I have stayed at various hotels near the airport. This has been the best and I WILL return. It’s a keeper. Even though near the airport, it is quiet.

We have been staying at this Buffalo location for well over 5 years, sometimes multiple times in those years. We always stay when going to see the Buffalo Sabres. It is a very clean hotel from the parking lot, foyer, lounge area, fitness center, pool/hot tub and the room. Can't say a bad thing. Some of the same people still work there that we see each visit. The breakfast is good and we have enjoyed a few of the welcome nights where food and beverages are offered. Great location being 2 minutes from the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hotel was clean and updated - had free coffee or tea 24 hour/day - free breakfast was great - didn't make it to the evening buffet so have no comments on that. Staff was friendly and helpful

Nice getaway!

This place feels a lot like a newly renovated apartment. I was perfect for what me and my girlfriend were looking for. We live with our families right now so we got this hotel as a new years getaway, and couldn't of asked for a more perfect place. The highlight of the room is the bathtub... a large tub with jets is actually what we needed. I recommend this hotel!

hotel was nice

Pros: rooms was very clean
Cons: the staff
Location: great location, mall , shops , and car rental places nearby
my experience with the staff was horrible will never stay at any of there hotels again I found that the staff was very rude as well as it was hard to find them during check in. they gave me a very racist remark as my children were at the pool.

Great Hotel

Pros: We liked everything about this hotel. Especially the employees that were so helpful.
Cons: Nothing could be improved cause it was perfect! Great suite with everything anyone could ask for.
Location: There is so much to do in Buffalo but unfortunately we came for a funeral.
This hotel was much more then I thought it would be. From the day we checked in till the day we left, it was grand. Wonderful in every way. I will always stay there from now on when w come to Buffalo. Nobody could ask for better!
