The hotel lobby was nice and their breakfast was good. Good location for our time in West Seneca. The room was a bit sketchy. The beds weren’t properly made. One bed had no sheets but a blanket and comforter. Felt clean going in but then we would find odd things. The room phone wasn’t plugged into the wall and was a bit broken. Huge crack in the bathroom door. Once we arrived we also found out that the room would only be cleaned every 3rd day. Overall it was okay. For future visits in west Seneca/ Buffalo area we will be staying somewhere else.

I stayed in Room 507. The thermostat was inoperable, The room temperature got down to 66. A lady came up to the room at about 11:0 p.m. and we got the temperature to raise to 76 to begin heating the room. I called down to the desk or a wakeup call, three times, and finally was forced to go down to desk to request the wakeup in person. Then, Saturday morning I could not take a shower because the door was off the track and jammed shut. When I checked out, I requested a receipt but the clerk refused to help me. She told me I had to request a receipt from a third-party vendor? What? Th Friday night clerk put an additional $200.00 on my card for the incidentals for room 507 and 505. I wanted to make sure the $200 was returned to my card. I need a receipt because I am being reimbursed for a meeting expense. I am very disappointed with your staff and service.
