Strong odor of raw sewage and dog poop ÷ trash in stairway for days. Unsure how to arrange for cleaning or for privacy. Desk folks a very professional and try hard. Better bring your own plunger and some cleaning supplies.

Stayed with my daughter and large dog. Super accommodating. I’ve been coming here for years. Rooms are basic but big… newer places you can barely walk around the bed lol. The have a little bar right by the rooms. Beds are spectacular. I travel A LOT for work and dare say the bed we had abd pillows were worthy of the ritz Carlton, and I’ve stayed there a few times. Close to everything. My 6 year old LOVED The courtyard, it’s like mini Vegas. Public areas decorated nicely. Bar tender deserve a raise or something, great drinks, fun, cute personality 😊

While checking in a noticed a very strange smell walking to my room. Smelled like a sewage back up. Very horrible smell. Once I got in the room the air conditioner barely worked and the sink was stopped up. The hotel needs to be renovated very beautiful but needs some work done

The best way to describe this property it used to be a grand place to stay it's now an old dame who's lost all her glitz and needs a facelift and a deep clean across the board. I had a toilet issue in the room, the maintance came immediately however they broke the toilet, I saw the broken part and it was horribly corroded it was no wonder it broke. I was moved to a new room that had been cleaned, however I found 2 bottle caps that hadn't been disposed of. The first floor had a horrible sewage spell and they were removing carpet from the basement. All the carpet needs to be replaced. There was a Remington statue in the hotel my thought was sell it and buy a new chair for the room I stayed in which was not good. Saving grace of this hotel staff were friendly and tried the best they could.
