I like to stay at Hampton Inns because of the amenities, decor, and comfort. This stay was a bit different since the hotel was full of baseball families for a tournament. The common areas were always busy and the breakfast was more basic so as to feed lots of hungry people. The room was comfortable including the bed and bathroom. The room cleaning policy was never clarified upon check in. Apparently cleaning is every third day of your stay. I do not like this since the trash is not collected or towels are not replenished on a daily basis.

we where there 8 days and I had to ask for towels and take out garbage. We asked for service four different times and the only thing they did was give us TP and Kleenex. Our room was never cleaned and our towels and garbage never taken. Same bedding the whole time. It was nasty. When I asked for a manager three times, there was never one available. And it is unfortunate because the property is beautiful.

2 of our evenings there were spoiled twice by large groups of kids running wildly through the hallways all night despite our calling the service desk with little to NO response from the Hotel staff to resolve the rowdy kids and parents … shame on them…. Beware
