The front desk staff was amazingly helpful and friendly! The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that they no longer have a bar/restaurant on site as their website details.

Staff was wonderful. The rooms however could definitely use some work. The carpets in the halls are disgustingly stained. The window in my room must be leaking because the sill is full of water and what looks like possible mold build up., the wall paper was peeling off of the walls, they attempted to fix it with a stapler in some spots… I have pictures

Dated rooms, loud bathroom light/fan which need to be on at the same time as there is only one switch. Outlets are tucked behind big nightstands, shower wasn't hot enough. Our key cards were deactivated during the first day because they assumed we left and we had to have them reactivated after trying for a while to enter, was told to wait while the front desk took care of others after us.

One if the beds had a detached footing. And the shower couldnt adjust water temperature. Iat checkbout i let the front desk clerk kniw about the 2 issues. We were resting from long drive so we didnt find it necesary to call as we were leaving . Tge bed dituation was the bed my kid used snd fidnt tell me till we were leaving . Other than that the hotel was nice and got the rest we needed .
