Outside of the building is beautiful. Walking in the front doors, everything is clean, staff was friendly, decor is beautiful. The fish tank in the hallway walking from the front desk to the dinning area/ hotel is very cool- similar to “Nemo”. Dinning area & bar are very fancy looking/beautiful. Made me feel like I was a princess in a castle. I did not eat or drink at the hotel so I can not give my opinion on that.. Hallways of the hotel were clean & had nice decor. Staircase was clean. Ice machine area is out dated. I stayed on the 3rd floor. King size room for 2. No jacuzzi or Hot tub…. I paid around $101 for the night. Pictures on here is not what the room looked like. There is no carpet on the floor.. no shelves in the shower area to put your shampoo and soap on (had to use the floor), the water was very hot so that was nice… the vent for the bathroom sounded like a helicopter was in the room with you. The sink area does not look like it is pictured on here- it is not great. The paint on the walls in the bedroom area had a lot of scrapes and a few stains. The bedside tables pictured are not the same- the ones that we had in our room were very short. The bed was very comfy and smelled and felt very clean- same with the towels. The walls seemed very thin- you could hear people talking or the tv. The doors slam hard and the toilets flush loud. As I laid in bed that night my boyfriend pointed out that it looked like there was some sort of plastic covering the smoke detector.

So 10 years ago the average person could not afford to stay here, all I have to say is it was an awesome stay, lots of parking, staff wonderful, rooms were great, bed was alot soft, extra pillows like we like, food bar on weekend, but can walk to several joints in a few min, very close, shuttle to BUF airport, to and from easy, 4 am out and 4 pm back, they were right on it. no complaints, cool inside, was worth the $100 25 for parking for 2 weeks while we travled to Florida.

The room I was originally given was nice however there was no hot water in the shower . I was moved to another room which I was told was very similar to what I had but that was not the case . The room was more of a downgrade from what I had initially .

The jacuzzi was dirty there was already old food on my fridge in my room the bed was very uncomfortable I did not have a remote in my room for my TV when I arrived I had to ask for a remote for my room I just will never get another hotel room from you guys again it's just very outdated and my room was bad
