"Rooms definitely need upgrading. Especially for being in a prime location. Our first room wouldn't open. They moved us to another room (on the 31st floor from the 19th floor) which my son loved as we were higher up. Had a 2 queen bed, and the oddest thing was the open window between the bed and the bathroom. That needs to be closed up, made a full wall, because when someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night and turns on the bathroom light, its BRIGHT in the actual room. Not sure what the purpose of the window is. The bathroom wall had a massive crack just above the toilet paper holder. The bathtub was still wet as was the shower. I had to call for maintenance at 11:30 because the vent was making a really annoying noise. He knew exactly what to do - it was missing a screw but he then used a power drill to screw one in. I felt bad for the people next to us who had kids which were probably sleeping at that time. The room itself was nice - great view. But definitely could use some upgrades (for the price everyone pays and for the prime location). Parking was also WAY expensive. Should he included or discounted for hotel stays"

"The room was clean, front desk staff was nice, hallway decor shows the age of the hotel. Loved the pool, sauna and hot tub. Only one working elevator (read this on a previous review, still an ongoing issue) "

"They charge for parking, even offsite. The elevators were under construction and reduced to just 3 for 42 floors making the wait to get to your room or down to the lobby a long wait. The mattress was like it was made from cardboard. And the rooms noisy. And finally TGI Fridays, the main restaurant for the hotel and where breakfast was served, was bland and tasteless and vastly overpriced. It was a lot of money to spend for a motel experience."
