Flight Review

Mar 14, 2020

Every single staff member I encountered, through three flights, was professional, helpful, and accommodating. Rather disgusted with Travelocity, though. At 10pm, I learned that I needed to change my flight from one booked a week later, to 12 hours (10am next morning). I spent six whole hours trying to change my ticket, via the website and the phone lines. Nothing worked. Finally, now 6 hours prior to take off, I outright purchased a new one way ticket, which I could not easily afford. But, ultimately, got the ticket, got the plane, and got to my destination, so I cannot complain too much!

I sat by a huge man so was squished and couldn’t move the entire 2 1/2 hour flight. It was very uncomfortable!

Mar 9, 2020

This was the first time I have used Air Canada and will Book Again with AC. Great to be serviced by a concerned company. Keep Up the GREAT WORK. I look forward to the future using Air Canada

Boarding was quick and efficient.

Mar 8, 2020

Baggage delay at YUZ

Mar 2, 2020

Staff at LaGuardia got me earlier flights and happy about that.

Feb 27, 2020

Very satisfied

Feb 25, 2020

I was able to volunteer to check my bag for free. I was upgraded to a higher priority seating zone and didn’t have to run with my baggage during my transfer in Atlanta. The staff at the desk were really friendly and seemed unfazed by the crowds.

Feb 22, 2020

Miserable boarding and deplaning experience with a bus ride and a very cold wind at both ends. Brrr.

Feb 22, 2020

this was my first experience with west jet overseas and I couldnt be more happy with how it went as I had to go to the UK for a life and death emergency....and I will be going back in a couple and would be glad to book with them again

Feb 21, 2020

Traveling with someone who has mobility issues is challenging staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs at check in and during the flight especially allowing us privacy so i could help my husband change his Depends without inconviencing other passengers. At checkin we were directed to 1st class checkin as i was not only pushing a wheelchair but also our large bag that needed checking. Thank you for the understanding and always checking to see if our needs were met.

Feb 20, 2020

The flight was ok, but not great. At least AC is a safe airline to travel with though.

Flights To Niagara Falls

Everyone has heard of the iconic horseshoe-shaped Niagara Falls, but actually seeing them is a whole different story. Because it straddles the border of Canada and the United States, and is surrounded by more than four different airports, flying into Niagara can be confusing. Luckily, we're here to help demystify flights to Niagara! Really, it all depends on where you're coming from and which airport has the Niagara flights that make the most sense for you. The closest options are the Niagara Falls International Airport (IAG), and the Buffalo-Niagara International airport (BUF), about a half-hour from the falls. Though these are American airports and you'd have to cross the border to get to Niagara in Canada, they're closer than the options for Canada, which include Hamilton International Airport (YHM) and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Despite being the closest airport on the Canadian side, the Niagara District Airport (YCM) currently has no scheduled passenger services.

Transportation from IAG/BUF/YHM/YYZ

Travel from the two U.S. airports might seem tricky at first glance, since you have to cross the border. However, there are many Canadian ground transportation services that can bring you north, as well as rental cars, and the convenient shuttle from the Buffalo Airport. You can also take a taxi to downtown Buffalo and get a bus to Niagara, Canada. From IAG, taxis and rental cars are your best bet. YYZ is about an hour and a half from Niagara, while YHM is about fifty minutes away. Cabs, shuttles, and rental cars are the best options at the two Canadian airports. Hotels in Niagara will also often have shuttles from the area's various airports, and this may well be the easiest option.
