Stay was pretty good until we forgot a bag in the room full of games and gifts, and apparently no one found it. Staff has not returned calls when they said they would and communication is poor. Either the bag was turned in, taken by staff, or thrown out. It would be nice to know what happened to it, and having worked in the service industry myself for several years, I would personally go take a quick look in the trash to see if it was there, if I were certain staff didn’t take it. Also, the Boston pizza there has consistently terrible service.

I tried both my keys upon arrival and both didn't work. A member of the staff noticed immediately and let us into our room. She offered to grab us 2 new keys while we were settling in. She also asked if we wanted bed rails for my 3 year old without me asking. I didn't even know the hotel offered them. My husband asked her name, which was Angie (manager). Highly impressed with her management style. I've been to the Falls many times with different hotels, but I've never had that kind of service. The staff here are amazing. Check in staff were very helpful and welcoming. We got a room at 2pm which I was very happy about. The rooms, waterpark and restaurants are all attached to the waterpark which I loved. We didn't have to walk or drive anywhere. When departing, almost every room service staff member acknowledged us and said to have a great day.

Yes definitely the bed in room 325 was broken i paid $400 to sleep on a broken bed , the bars on the bunk bed were not properly inserted did i call and complain no it was my daughters birthday and i didnt want her to see me in a bad mood

This is a really greaat place for families with young children. My 4 year old and 15 month old had a blast. I also had a blast 😂 we love the waterpark!

We loved the room and property, staff was fantastic at front desk. However the one time we had asked room service to clean the sheets and take garbage out. The cleaning staff went through our personal belongings, made my 10 year old feel uncomfortable because her personal bathroom items were gone through and her clothing and dirty clothing as well. My personal stuff was also messed with. We didn’t appreciate how the housekeeping staff member treated our room and therefore we did make a complaint at check out. Otherwise we were met with high priority treatment and we loved every second!

Front desk agent was amazing, I asked for a quiet floor, and although it was a busy weekend, she did her best and gave us a room on top floor with noone stomping above us. Room was clean and spacious!
