Our stay was ok. We’ve been coming to this resort for the past 10 years. The staff that we dealt with were very friendly. Waterpark was very clean . The only negative things on this trip was the noise level at 10:30pm . People were very loud and disrespectful. The mattress in room 270 need to be changed. I felt the springs digging into my back and woke up with a terrible back ache. The carpet in that room needs to be washed, it smelled.

Excellent staff in the waterpark and arcade area. Even the hospitality staff were kind, friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our two young granddaughter and had a wonderful time. We will be back !

We had a great time there it was clean comfortable staff were great parking was easy but a little expensive in my opinion it was well staffed in the water park even though it was not prime season we did mot eat at the breakfast place but the attached Boston pizza was great
