My stay at the Hilton Niagara Fallsview was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff were hardworking and very friendly, ensuring the room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s security was honest and helpful—I accidentally left my iPad behind, and they were kind enough to locate it and return it promptly, which was greatly appreciated. However, there were several notable drawbacks. The hotel has no business center, which could be inconvenient for travelers needing work facilities. Additionally, the hotel was very noisy, with ongoing construction making it difficult to fully relax. The customer service experience was inconsistent. On 10/21 at around 9:30am, the front office manager (short Asian woman) was horrible—she was quick to dismiss me and provided absolutely no help. In contrast, another front office staff member working the same shift was excellent, more knowledgeable, and provided far better service than the manager. On 10/20, the front office manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which shows that the quality of service can vary greatly depending on who is on duty. Overall, Hilton Niagara Fallsview has some redeeming qualities, particularly in housekeeping and security, but the inconsistent customer service, noise, and lack of a business center may be frustrating for some guests.

The shower was the most disappointing. It was small the pressure wasn’t there. If there was a rain head it would have been much better. We shower together this trip we couldn’t. The size of the tub was perfect though the faucets were a bit of an issue. The hot had a blue thing on it. The cold would spin and spin. The water at the sink the presser was too much. The bed and pillows was amazing. The view was perfect. The staff especially in the underground parking were great.
