Great stay. Great staff. Parking attendants were super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Hair in the tub and no shampoo. Good luck with the faucet in the shower.

Everything was great loved the hotel and room was perfect but parking was a nightmare give yourself time took us over an hour to get to underground parking and checkin only to be redirected to offsite parking.

The room wasn't as installated, as I thought. Every time somebody opened up the door down the hall, I saw somebody was walking to my room and the air conditioning is loud when it turns on. Other than that beautiful room. Great service

Great service, nice room, all though we saw a silverfish in the bathtub, bathroom. I know, no body is perfect. Parking is too expensive for the ordinary person who saves up to go away for a weekend in their own neighborhood, and have to pay for water because they are not a member.

Forget any reviews you read, this hotel is phenomenal!! The staff is incredible! We got upgraded to a suite overlooking the falls and city. There is so much amenities you don’t even have to leave. Food is top notch! Bridge to the casino is so convenient. Anything we needed for our room we were accommodated and then some. Being a Hilton honors member I was treated like gold. Everything was clean and spotless. Had the best sleep of my life and relaxed with the heavenly whirlpool tub. Almost anything you wanted to see was super close by. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

The general/floor manager tried to indicate that booking through Expedia kind of made you lower than other paying guests and backed off when I questioned them about it. The general manager also told us that due to the humidity in the rooms and weather it’s normal to expect bugs in the shower.
