"i like that the room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is modern and well-equipped. i didn't like that the ice dispenser on the 4th floor where i stayed was broken. i called the Hotel Services to report it and was made to understand that it's going to be fixed and was advised to try another floor. The next night, i tried again the ice dispenser thinking it was already fixed. but it wasn't, i have to go down to the 3rd floor to get my ice. Also, the hotel access card doesn't usually work right away, have to scan several times before it works. i thought, there's something wrong with my card but another guest who was with me in the elevator told me, it's really like that. Nevertheless, I really like the room. Catalina"

"A fantastic hotel right in the heart of downtown Toronto. All the major attractions are within a reasonable walking distance. The hotel is very modern and well appointed. The bathrooms are spacious with excellent showers. The beds are enormous and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot and cold options. The hotel has an on site cafe/bar which is open until late as well. The staff could have been more helpful. They took our bags up to our room when we checked in as we had to get our hire car back. Everyone was always very friendly and polite when you were on the hotel too. The hotel has good bars and restaurants around it as well."
