The facilities and our room were immaculate and the mattress was very comfortable! The concierge team were excellent - always available to offer a shuttle ride, suggestions, or a helping hand. There were thoughtful words and actions from various staff members, throughout our stay. The food in both Liv and Play restaurants was very good. The workout rooms are large and very well equipped. We also enjoyed indoor tennis and the spa. It really is a full service resort.

WOW! You get exactly what you pay for and MORE at this beautiful resort. Greeted by smiles and warm welcomes the moment we walked in, the lobby was stunning and so festive. They had someone playing a grand piano while the fire was crackling - picture perfect! We loved the hustle and bustle of this property, full of happy vacationers and corporate parties. So many dining options and all of the decorations everywhere! They had love music in the bar both evenings and the acts were really great. The cocktails were DELICIOUS! ALL of the food we enjoyed here was. We had late night bites in the bar, and breakfast in LIV as well as in our hotel room. Very enjoyable!!! Our guest room was so cozy and nice - we enjoyed the Nespresso. So many little touches everywhere that added to our stay. Loved all the real flowers everywhere. One other plus was that we could stream movies from our phone to the TV as alot of places do not allow that and force you to buy their movie rentals. My only complain which is very small, is that the rooms were dry but it's winter and the heat is on through out the resort - we will just bring a humidifier next time haha Thank you for a perfect, 5 star stay!!!

First time to white Oaks, great facility and excellent friendly staff , rooms are capacious and well maintained , massage at spa was excellent and performed by a well trained staff , pool was heated and well maintained . Location is great for me , 15 min driving to all Niagara Falls attractions. Walking distance from the outlet mall.
