"1. I had asked for a Falls view room and on the highest floor. I was given the 21st floor which was THE highest floor. However I was NOT told that the windows on the 21st floor were SMALLER than the ones on the 20th floor and lower. If I had known that, I would have taken 20th to 16th floor. 2. Body-wash soap container was almost empty. 3.There was only one washcloth! I called the front desk to ask for more washcloths but no one picked up. My wife also called later but no response. 4. There was no decaf coffee at the lobby. 5. No breakfast either! We were told to use Applebee's. 6. Water pressure was low."

"We were offered a room upgrade at check-in, which we agreed to (for a better view of the Falls). The room we were assigned wasn't as described by the front desk staff. We discussed it with them and were quickly reassigned to a beautiful 2 bedroom (both king beds) and a whirlpool tub. For our inconvenience, they comped 1 night of parking and gave us some complimentary cocktails. Nearly all the staff was exemplary. The only negative interaction we had was with 2 female bartenders. We stopped to use our complimentary drink tickets, sat at a table and no one waited on us or directed us. Another table of women nearby stated they had waited for 15 minutes with no staff attention, despite the fact that there were 2-3 people behind the bar not waiting on anyone. They seemed annoyed when we approached them to ask for drinks and rudely explained that there were restrictions on the types of alcohol we could get."

"Very friendly staff at check in, clean room, amenities were nice and well kept, good on site affordable breakfast options, lots nearby, close enough to Clifton Hill fun, 15ish minute walk to the falls but very doable. Easy check out process. On site parking is expensive, but they offer cheaper options off-site. Very basic stay. Good for one night. Nice view of the fireworks from the 9th floor riverside."
