The views for the falls view are very different. I paid from here almost $100 more than my friend that also booked here and same type of room and mine had a horrible view of the falls, you might as well say it was a parking lot and roof view of some building. The trees covered the entire view and we could not see the falls at all. Our friend who paid much less got a great view.

The Director of hotel contacted me a day before my reservation and cancelled my booking. The explanation given to me was that the hotel waa chosen by the government to relocate evacuees from the wildfire. The Director offered no solution and left me scrambling to book another hotel. Terrible customer servuce. Will never book at this place.

I am reviewing the Embassy since we were moved from the Wymdom grand falls view. The Embassy is a much better hotel. Last time we stayed at the Wyndom I was asked for a tax of $200 at check out, which I refused.

We didn’t stay at wyndhams Grand they transferred us over to Embassy where we didn’t get the two accessible rooms Embassy confused us into trying to put 3 of us into one upgraded 3 beds room We said no so they then gave us an accessible room then the total invoice charged on our card can’t to approximately $375 more that we were going to pay for our 2 original rooms at wyndhams We were told we were being transfered at no extra charge as all booking details were the same

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION… It is perfectly located literally a block from the trail line to the falls. It is also surrounded by restaurants and food spots.
