really good location, can walk back to have a rest anytime during the day. The staff assigned a really good view room for us, we can see skywheel and firework totally from our window which is fantastic. Only little concern is really close to raceway, those racecar are really nosiy. we can hear a bit from the room.

The hotel was clean and the pool/hot tub were nice. We did not take advantage of the restaurant in the hotel, but there are restaurants nearby to walk to. The hotel being located across the street from the Clifton Hill amusement area was perfect for walking everywhere. We can't wait to come back to Niagara Falls and we will ALWAYS stay at the Vittora! My only complaint is that parking on site was $25 each day. I don't think any hotel should charge their guests for parking.

Property was great . It had the perfect location to clifton hills. Dont waste your money and boom riverview . Its not even river view . the property is not close to the falls so dont waste your money and they charge you 25 per night for parking when you can get parking around for 10 dollars . The cleanliness is great snd room service. It is close to all restraunts . But i suggest just grt s regular room and dont waste your money.

staff were VERY polite. the bedside table had a coffee stain on it, the fridge wasnt even plugged in and the little coffee maker had someone elses old coffee pouch in it when i went to make my own. the pool area was clean, the hot tub itself was horrendous; grout failing out of the tile and the amount of grime and dead skin floating around on the edge was enough that i didnt even last a full cycle in the hot tub. for 650$ a night im not all that impressed

Check-in at Vittoria Hotel was smooth, but parking was inconvenient—we were told the lot was full and had to move our car to snother spot owned by Vittoria hotel, only to see spots available later that night. The biggest issue was the A/C, which was extremely loud and kept turning on and off all night, making it impossible for our group to sleep. When mentioned at checkout, the response felt dismissive. Unfortunately, this made for a disappointing stay despite the easy check-in.
