"The hotel's location is excellent—you have easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Although the hotel is not new, it has been well maintained and was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was with the rooms we booked. Don't rely on the photos on Expedia. We booked two rooms. The first was advertised with a view of both Falls, and both the photos and description suggested that. However, the room only overlooked the American Falls, while the Horseshoe Falls were mostly blocked by trees. When we asked about it, we were told that we would have needed to book a room on a higher floor! The second room was also disappointing. It was advertised with a city view, but there was essentially no view at all. The room had a small window that faced a wall, making it impossible to see anything outside. Overall, the hotel itself was great, but the room descriptions and photos on Expedia did not accurately reflect what we received."
