Very dirty

The very dirty room, the terrible cigarette smell, the bathrooms too. When we left we got home with all our things with the smell of cigarettes and my son woke up sick.

The food is okay but the dining room is too small. The room is not so clean even the bed is not flat maybe because the frame has been broken. The bathroom is not too clean and there’s a lot of dirty finger/hands marks on the wall even the shower door isn’t clean

The property is older & "tired", is in need of an upgrade, though for the price it was sufficient for what we were looking for. Staff was very friendly & efficient. The breakfast was the same everyday, (we stayed three nights), but it was tasty & hot and there was plenty. There were stains on the hallway carpets & scuffs on the walls in our room. The bathroom & shower were clean, with plenty of pressure & hot water. The bathroom sink plug worked, which we have found to not always be the case, even in more expensive hotels. Despite our room overlooking as major street, we found it to be rather quiet. The pool was great.!

Not a great place for the price

The rooms smell like mold, ac is very loud, the cleaning is not done very well. Breakfast food is same every day. Staying for 3 days and eating same food isn’t very pleasant. Not too many choices. Last day my child couldn’t eat that anymore. Early morning loud noise of construction started at 8am including Saturday and Sunday. We couldn’t sleep in and woke up by the noise.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here This hotel was a complete nightmare. I booked a family suite for 3 nights thinking it was a good choice because it’s close to Niagara Falls. But the photos online are completely misleading — false advertising. We arrived late at night after a long trip. I had to wait 30 minutes for the front desk to show up. He gave me keys to the rooms which were disgusting. The carpet was black with dirt (should’ve been red), the bathroom was full of mold, the tub was stained and dirty, and the entire place smelled horrible. The fridge even had dead cockroaches inside. I asked to be moved, but the staff said no rooms were available and I’d have to wait until morning. I was traveling with a 90-year-old and a child, and we couldn't even sleep that night. A friend who booked here too had the same issues and left immediately. The manager offered a different suite the next day, but it was just as bad. Finally, they moved us to a room near the front desk, which was better, but still not worth the price. They refused to refund me for the awful first night. Avoid this place if you care about your family’s health and safety. I have photos to prove how bad it was. Never again.

As soon as we arrive, I notice some kind of construction on the outside of the rooms, and also people hanging out by the parking lot and outside the rooms. When we got inside the room it was horrible, dirty and smell like tabacco. rugs where dirty and bathtub had stains as well as the ceiling and walls had stains. I have never seen a hotel room as bad as this one. The pictures on website are definitely photoshop nothing like we saw in website. I ended up leaving this place after the first night and thankfully they refund 2 nights out of the 3 nights that I booked. To the owner, they shoukd remodel all rooms and not put up false pictures of rooms.

Property if very outdated. Looks like there is reno happening to the outside of the property. The rooms are old, dirty and musky. But I guess you get for what you pay for. The pool was ok. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay and it was nice that parking was free.
